Temporary Supervisor (To cover maternity leave)
The dcfcmegastore are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced person to cover a Supervisory role over a period of maternity leave.
The successful candidate will work closely with both the Store Assistant Manager and Retail and Merchandising Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the dcfcmegastore.
The role will utilise your ability to manage both staff and stock in an effective and efficient manner.
Experience in Retail and cash handling are essential to this role.
The hours will be spread over a seven day rota and you will be required to work all matchdays and alternate Saturday and Sundays.

Hospitality Sales Manager
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our Corporate Hospitality Sales Team and be a successful team member of an innovative and commercial driven Football Club.
The successful candidate will be targeted with generating new hospitality business, on a seasonal, match-by-match and Club-event basis. This will involve cold-calling and a large amount of face-to-face sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the account to ensure regular contact, a first class service and contract fulfilment. They should therefore be able to demonstrate a high level of achievement in a related sales role (business to business sales would be advantageous) and strong account management experience.
This is a highly targeted role which requires an individual who is confident, motivated and prepared to work hard and learn fast. They should also have strong organisational and exceptional communication skills with the ability to present clearly and convincingly. Consequently they should have previous experience of developing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients and possess first class PowerPoint and computer skills.
The successful candidate will be required to attend all home fixtures to entertain and meet with clients and prospects and have local and national business knowledge. Some local and national travel will be required.
The attractive remuneration package includes car allowance and a bonus and commission structure.

Disabled & Junior Members Administrator
We are looking to recruit an additional member to the Ticket Office Team.
The successful candidate will provide a highly personalised and superior service to our disabled customers and junior members and will understand their needs and advise accordingly.
This key role will be responsible for processing seasonal and match tickets, memberships, travel and parking sales both over the telephone and face to face for the Club’s disabled supporters and junior members.
They will process all junior membership requests in a timely manner and ensure that all junior members’ records are kept up to date and provide Ticket Office staff with information to assist them with selling junior memberships.
The successful candidate will at all times treat disabled customers in a courteous and helpful manner, dealing with queries and providing assistance as required to provide a friendly and enjoyable experience.
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential along with strong knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act and the Equalities Act.
The hours are 35 per week plus all home match days.
The remuneration package will be discussed at the interview stage.
