Assistant Academy Administrator
Derby County Football Club are looking to appoint an Assistant Academy Administrator who will primarily be the first point of contact for all visitors and clients to the Training Ground.
The successful candidate will be expected to ensure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all reception areas operate a high quality service at all times, as well as providing administration support to the Academy Secretary.
Responsibilities would involve:
* Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the Training Ground, by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or referring enquiries
* Undertake a range of general administration duties
* Liaise with Academy players, parent and coaches
* Managing the Academy database
* Booking meetings, appointments and assisting with travel and accommodation requirements for the Academy
* Providing support to the Academy Secretary
The successful candidate will require:
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* A friendly and confident personality
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Understanding of the requirement for confidentiality
* Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
* Smart appearance
Competitive salary depending on experience.
Core hours will be Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Match Day Safety Stewards
Derby County Football Club currently have a number of vacancies for Safety Stewards to support our match day operations at the iPro Stadium.
This role will involve directing members of the public as they enter and leave the stadium, patrolling sections of the stadium and dealing with any problems that may arise to ensure the safety of all members of the public.
Good communication and customer service skills are required together with a positive and courteous manner. Previous experience is not necessary as full training to NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety will be provided.

In-stadium betting operator BD stadia are looking to add to their team of part-time cashiers to assist in the processing of fans bets on matchday at the iPro Stadium.

Hours: On match days, 3 hours per match (weekends and evenings)
Rate of pay: £8.33 per hour
As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include:
-Processing cash bets from supporters in football stadiums prior to kick off
-Promoting the matchday betting service and the relevant specials /promotions
-Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently
-Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness
The successful candidates must be:
-Honest and reliable
-Professional and smart in appearance
-Available to work weekend and evening fixtures for the duration of the season, including over Christmas and Easter (this is essential)
-Able to converse confidently and clearly
-Proven experience in customer service and cash handling.
Additional hours and responsibilities may be available to the right candidates.
