The Club currently have a number of vacancies for Safety Stewards to support our match-day operations at the iPro Stadium.
This role will involve directing members of the public as they enter and leave the stadium, patrolling sections of the stadium and dealing with any problems that may arise to ensure the safety of all members of the public.
Good communication and customer service skills are required together with a positive and courteous manner. Previous experience is not necessary as full training to NVQ Level 2 standard will be given.

Ticket Office Assistants
We are looking to recruit additional team members to work within the Ticket Office on matchdays and to provide additional support in the week during peak periods and ticketing campaigns.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing information to customers about fixtures, ticket sale dates and assist with ticket selection. You will also process payments for tickets, travel, memberships and assist customers with any queries that they may have.
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic with exceptional customer service and communication skills and both the ability and desire to deliver an incredible experience to our customers. Basic computer skills are also required. Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Matchday Betting Cashiers / Assistant Managers
In-stadium betting operator BD stadia are looking to add to their team of part-time cashiers and assistant managers to assist in the processing of fans bets on match day at Derby County Football Club.

Hours: On match days, 3-7 hours per match (weekends and evenings)
Rate of pay: £8.33 per hour
All applicants for assistant manager roles must have relevant experience.
As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include:
▪ Processing cash bets from supporters in football stadiums prior to kick off
▪ promoting the match day betting service and the relevant specials /promotions
▪ Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently
▪ Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness.
The successful candidates must be:
▪ Honest and reliable
▪ Professional and smart in appearance
▪ Available to work weekend and evening fixtures for the duration of the season, including over Christmas and Easter
▪ Able to converse confidently and clearly
▪ Proven experience in customer service and cash handling
Additional hours and responsibilities may be available to the right candidates
