Academy Recruitment Manager

Derby County Football Club have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Academy Recruitment Manager to join our Category One Academy scouting and recruitment team. This role will be primarily responsible for Youth Development Phase recruitment.
Our mission is to identify, develop and support talented young footballers in order for them to achieve their maximum potential in a positive, supportive and professional learning environment. We have a competitive culture that encourages team work and fun which has a positive impact on our young players. As a Category One Academy, we compete at the elite level of youth football.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed individual that believes in our mission and philosophy, who can add real value to our existing recruitment team, providing leadership and direction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record, and previous experience of player recruitment, ideally within the Youth Development Phase in an Academy setting.
This is a full time role with significant travel, and as such candidates must be flexible in their approach to working hours and must hold a full driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Derby County Football Club currently have a number of vacancies for qualified Safety Stewards to support our match day operations at the iPro Stadium.
This role will involve directing members of the public as they enter and leave the stadium, patrolling sections of the stadium and dealing with any problems that may arise to ensure the safety of all members of the public.
Good communication and customer service skills are required together with a positive and courteous manner.

In-Stadium Betting Jobs
In-stadium betting operator BD stadia are looking to add to their team of part-time cashiers to assist in the processing of fans bets on matchday at the iPro Stadium.

Hours: On match days, 3 hours per match (weekends and evenings)
Rate of pay: £8.33 per hour
As part of the BD Stadia in-stadium betting team, duties include:
-Processing cash bets from supporters in football stadiums prior to kick off
-Promoting the matchday betting service and the relevant specials /promotions
-Cash handling and reconciling paperwork quickly and efficiently
-Delivering high levels of customer service and promoting brand awareness
The successful candidates must be:
-Honest and reliable
-Professional and smart in appearance
-Available to work weekend and evening fixtures for the duration of the season, including over Christmas and Easter (this is essential)
-Able to converse confidently and clearly
-Proven experience in customer service and cash handling.
Additional hours and responsibilities may be available to the right candidates.
