With the 2012-13 season just over a fortnight away from kicking off, Derby County supporters are reminded that a number of fantastic value season ticket packages are still available.
The Rams will kick off their npower Championship campaign at home to Sheffield Wednesday, and with four summer signings on board in the form of Michael Jacobs, Richard Keogh, Paul Coutts and James O’Connor Derby’s squad has a fresh new feel to it.
The excitement is building ahead of the new season, with Derby past the halfway point of their pre-season preparations.
Manager Nigel Clough said: “We have a young, but highly committed group of players who have created a fantastic team spirit. Their energy and enthusiasm makes them pleasure to work with every day and we’re all looking forward to the challenge of another Championship season.
“After a substantial number of arrivals last summer and our encouraging 2011-12 campaign, we were never going to make the same amount of forays into the transfer market this time around but we’re delighted with the arrivals of Michael Jacobs, Paul Coutts, Richard Keogh and James O’Connor and the qualities they have already brought to the squad.”
The renewal deadline for renewing season ticket holders passed in mid-April, before the conclusion of last season, and Derby were delighted to report a healthy uptake on renewals which the Club described as 'fantastic'.
Season ticket packages have been on general sale since mid-May and the Rams’ pricing structure remains one of the most affordable in the npower Championship, with a number of great seats ready to be snapped up.
After receiving supporter input last season, Derby have updated their stadium map for next season and made more seats available at a lower price point.
Around 300 season tickets are remaining in the Category D areas of Pride Park Stadium, which are priced at just £332.50 per person (including the special Mates Rates Offer) – and are the cheapest season tickets available.
A 4 Month Payment Plan is also available, which is spread out with a single payment of £83.13 and then three payments of £87.28 – working out at £344.97, with interest via direct debit.
