Derby County is acutely aware that a small number of supporters are still yet to receive their season ticket cards for the 2012-13 season, which kicks off tomorrow with a home game against Sheffield Wednesday (3pm).
While the vast majority of season ticket packages appear to have arrived at their destinations, a small amount are yet to land with supporters and for that the Club apologises for any inconvenience which has been caused.
If any season ticket holders have not received their season ticket package to date, they can contact the Digonex Ticket Office to arrange for a replacement ticket for tomorrow’s game to be printed.
An email address and phone number have been allocated specifically for season ticket holders who are yet to receive their season ticket, to make the process of getting in touch with the Club as smooth as possible and avoid phoning the premium rate 0871 number.
Direct Telephone Number: 01332 821027
Supporters can also visit the Digonex Ticket Office in person between 9am-6pm today or on Saturday prior to kick-off from 9am, but season ticket holders are advised to arrive earlier than normal and allow extra time to collect their replacement ticket for the game on matchday from the Ticket Office unit opposite the Starbucks entrance.
To avoid making the Digonex Ticket Office overcrowded on matchday, match tickets will be on sale from the North Stand Ticket Office.
