This weekend sees three Rams players away on international duty, as Jamie Ward, Keiron Freeman and Jeff Hendrick are all in action for their respective countries.
Ward has been called up by Northern Ireland for the start of their World Cup 2013 qualification campaign.
The 26-year-old has been named in Michael O’Neill’s squad for their matches away to Russia on tonight and at home to Luxembourg on Tuesday.
Elsewhere, Academy graduate Hendrick featured for the Republic of Ireland Under-21s last night, in their narrow 2-1 defeat to Hungary in Kecskemet, a result that has ended any hopes Noel King's side had of reaching the UEFA Under-21 Championship play-offs.
The 20-year-old is also expected to feature in Monday's fixture against top-placed Italy at the Giuseppe Capozza Stadium in Casarano, looking to end their campaign on a high note.
Recent Derby County signing Keiron Freeman has been called up for international duty by Wales’ Under 21 side.
Right-back Freeman, who is 20, signed from local rivals Nottingham Forest last week for an undisclosed fee and was on the bench in the side’s 1-1 draw at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wales’ Under 21s, managed by Robert Page, will take on the Czech Republic at the Chance Arena, Jablonec nad Nisou, on Monday in a Euro Under 21 Championship Group Three qualifier.
