Alan Hinton has booked his place in the team of Derby County's all-time greats.
The Derby Telegraph has teamed up with the Rams to find a legendary XI and manager as part of the club's 125th anniversary celebrations.
And Hinton won the vote for the fans' favourite left midfielder by a landslide.
Former crowd favourite Paul Simpson picked up the second highest number of votes, ahead of third-placed Ted McMinn, who also came second in the right midfielder vote.
But there was no doubting the winner this time around.
Brian Clough and Peter Taylor brought Hinton to Derby from Nottingham Forest for £30,000 in September 1967.
Hinton had already won three England caps during his time at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Forest, and proved a massive hit at the Baseball Ground.
His ability to cross the ball from any position and with either foot was a joy to watch and his explosive goals were a welcome bonus.
Hinton became Derby's creator-in-chief as the Rams won the Second Division and First Division in the space of four years, as well as their specialist from set pieces.
He also had a short run in the 1974-5 title-winning side.
Later in his career, Hinton joined the North American Soccer League, where he set a new record for "assists" in 1978, laying on 30 goals to beat the mark previously shared by Pele and George Best.
He went on to be a successful coach in America and still lives out there, providing match analysis on former club Seattle Sounders for local radio.

The winning fan that voted for Hinton is Richard Latham.
Richard, who has been a Derby fan for more than 40 years, said: "I chose Alan Hinton because he was such a great creator and scorer of goals.
"If he'd played 35-40 years later, he would surely have won as many England caps as David Beckham.
"He could deliver a wicked dead ball like Beckham but he could deliver it accurately with both feet.
"He could also deliver it on the run and strike the ball like a bullet - again with both feet."
This month, fans have the chance to vote for their favourite central midfielder.
The two players with the most number of votes will be added to the team of all-time greats so far, completing the midfield line-up.
Fans have until August 25 to cast their votes for their favourite central midfielder and can do so by filling in the coupon, by email or by visiting therams.co.uk and dcfc.co.uk.
