Derby County will round off their 125th Anniversary celebrations by donning a commemorative shirt on Boxing Day.

Blackpool are the visitors to Pride Park Stadium on 26 December in the Rams' final home game of the calendar year.

And to complete the year-long celebrations the Derby players will be wearing specially embroidered shirts.

Clearly displayed on the shirts underneath the Derby County club badge will be the words '1884 - 2009, Celebrating 125 Years', as well as the 125 Logo at the bottom of the shirt.

Replica shirts already produced bearing the commemorative writing and logo are available and can be purchased in store or by visiting wearederby.com.

Alternatively, if supporters wish to have a either '125 application' added to their existing replica shirt they can do so by visiting shopDCFC.

The players' match-worn shirts will be auctioned off by the club on dcfc.co.uk soon after the game.
