Club mascot Rammie and goalkeeper Stephen Bywater helped launch a different kind of sub on Wednesday afternoon.

The pair were present at the opening of the Belper branch of Subway and are pictured with youngster Daniel Saunders at the town's King Street site.

A new Subway branch is due to open in Allenton over the next couple of weeks, further expanding their range in Derby which also includes The Spot, Victoria House, Sadlergate and Pride Park.

Rammie is very supportive of Subway's Eat Fresh scheme that encourages healthy eating, particularly the Lite Bite range.
