Derby County Football Club's Customer Charter demonstrates the club's continued commitment to its responsibilities towards its fans and customers.
We view the document as the public expression of the partnership we continually strive to build for our supporters.
The Charter document lists the club's policy on consulting with supporters, third-party suppliers and other parties - and how major policy issues are publicised.
Areas covered include tickets and access, the club's policy on diversity, anti-racism, merchandise, customer service and staff conduct, and a complaints procedure.
In addition to this, the Customer Charter is available upon request through the marketing department or main reception at Pride Park Stadium.
