Book home match tickets, membership, full & half season tickets and five-game plans online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our online facility allows you to choose your exact seat in the stadium, so you know what view awaits on matchday.
Booking Fees: £1 per ticket (to a maximum of £5 per transaction) Credit Card Fees: Purchases by credit card for the following will be subject to a credit card fee; Full season tickets £10. Purchases made using a Rams Card will be exempt from the credit card fee.

Monday - 9am to 5pm
Tuesday - 10am to 5pm
Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
Thursday - 9am to 5pm
Friday - 9am to 5pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Tickets can also be purchased on Sundays in shopDCFC, which opens from 10am to 4pm.

Opening hours effective from July 19 2008:
shopDCFC Direct is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for all home ticket, season tickets, 5 game plan and membership purchases. Away ticket purchases are available from this number, subject to the ticket office opening hours displayed above.
Tickets will be posted out until two days before the match, after this they will be held for collection.
Tickets can be purchased by phone until three hours before kick-off.

Ticket Collection
The ticket collection office is situated on the Derbyshire North Stand.
Ticket collection opens on matchdays, two hours before kick-off. Collections before this or after kick-off must be made from the main ticket office.
To avoid delays customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off.
Supporters purchasing tickets by debit/credit card MUST present their card when collecting tickets, failure to comply will result in tickets not being issued.

Postal applications should clearly state which match tickets are being applied for, together with payment and a stamped self addressed envelope.
Please quote all relevant names and customer numbers in all correspondence as ALL season ticket holders will only be given preference on application at the rate of ONE ticket per season ticket held. Please also include a daytime telephone number.
Postal applications for tickets will only be accepted from the sale dates specified for that match.
Any applications received before sale dates will be returned.
Tickets are subject to availability and no application is guaranteed to be successful.
Match Ticket Concessionary Rates
Seniors - must be aged 60 or over on August 5 2008
Juvenile - must be aged 12 to 16 on August 5 2008
Young adults - must be aged 17 to 21 on August 5 2008
Junior junior - must be aged 11 and under on August 5 2008

Away Coach Travel
We organise away coach travel to all our away games.
If you travel to away games, why not travel on one of our executive-style 48 seater coaches. Coaches depart from the Toyota West Stand Car Park, times of departure and prices can be found with the relevant away ticket information.
To avoid disappointment we advise supporters to purchase their RoadRider tickets when match tickets are purchased.
