Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Tuesdays 10am to 5pm
Sundays 10am to 4pm (During the season only)
Telephone Bookings
Match tickets can be booked on the direct ordering line using VISA, Mastercard, VISA DEBIT and Switch. Tickets will be posted out until two days before the match. Any tickets bought after the deadline will be held for collection. Tickets can be purchased by phone until three hours before kick-off.
Booking Fees
Tickets are subject to a booking fee of £1 per ticket (to a maximum of £5 per transaction). The booking fee also applies when buying tickets online or over the phone.
Ticket Collection
The ticket collection point is located in a Porta Cabin behind the Clough/Taylor Monument in the West Stand Car Park and and opens two hours before kick-off on matchdays. Collections before this time or after kick-off must be made from the Ticket Office. To avoid delays, customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off. Supporters purchasing tickets by debit/credit cards must present their card when collecting tickets. Failure to comply will result in tickets not being issued.
Post
Please send all postal applications to: Ticket Office, Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, Derby, DE24 8XL. Postal applications should clearly state which match the tickets are being applied for, together with payment and a stamped self addressed envelope. Please quote all relevant names and customer numbers in all correspondence. Please also include a contact telephone number. Postal applications for tickets will only be accepted from the sale dates specified for that match. Any applications received before sale dates will be returned. Tickets are subject to availability and no application is guaranteed to be successful.
Concessionary Rates
Seniors - must be aged 60 or over on September 5th 2011
Under 18s - must be aged 17 or under on September 5th 2011
Young Adults - must be aged 18 to 21 on September 5th 2011 and be a Derby County Member
