A celebration party - free to Rams fans - will take place at Pride Park Stadium tomorrow evening (Tuesday May 29) at 7pm
The Pride Park party will be preceded by an open-top bus tour of the city from 6.30pm.
It's free entry to the stadium, where doors open at 5.45pm in the north, south and east sections. Fans will be allowed initially onto the pitch on a first-come-first-served basis and will then be seated in the north/south/east "bowl" facing the west stand Directors' Box, where players and staff will be making guest appearances.
The stadium event will include a civic reception hosted by the Mayor of Derby, Councillor Pauline Latham.
The open top-bus will leave Cock Pit Island at 6.30pm, where the players and staff will parade the play-off final trophy. The bus will proceed at walking pace through the city centre and fans are encouraged to line the route to cheer on the winning team. The route will pass through:

* Victoria Street
* Wardwick
* Cheapside
* Bold Lane
* Cathedral Road
* Full Street
* Corporation Street
* Morledge
* Cock Pit
* Station Approach
* Pride Parkway
The tour finishes at Pride Park Stadium at approximately 7.00pm, where the Mayor of Derby will host a civic reception for players, staff and invited guests in the Toyota Suite. The reception is by invitation only.
Media access will be given to the reception and interviews will be relayed to the crowd.
