Derby based events agency Zibrant, based just across the road from Pride Park Stadium, is looking to Rams fans to get right behind a charity event aiming to raise £30,000 for four great causes.
They are holding their very own Charity Three Peaks Challenge on the 20th and 21st of September.
As part of their leading Corporate Social Responsibility programme fourteen teams of staff, suppliers, clients and journalists will be walking and hiking distances in excess of 22 miles, sometimes at 4000 feet, scaling the three highest peaks in the UK - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, all in less than 24 hours.
The monies raised will be split to support their four nominated charities - The Lavender Trust (Breast Cancer), Meeting Industry Meeting Needs, Oxfam Unwrapped and Mountain Rescue.
Gareth Crowder of Zibrant says: "We're hoping Derby County supporters can help us in the fundraising challenge being undertaken by staff just over the road from Pride Park at Zibrant.
"We are aiming to raise £30,000 through a number of teams made up of staff, suppliers and clients completing the Three Peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24 hours.
"Derbyshire CCC have already thrown their full backing behind the cause - it would be fantastic to get that same level of support from Derby County.
"Many thanks to all Rams fans for taking the time to read this."
