Your new-look official matchday programme, The Ram, is calling upon Derby fans to send in your club-related letters. What's more, if your story is published in The Ram at any point throughout the 2007/08 season your name will go into the hat for a chance to win one of a number of great prizes.

Supporters whose letters are selected for print over the opening weeks of the season have been going in the hat for the opportunity to win the new Derby County away shirt, which will be on sale in shopDCFC later this month.

And there's still time. So, for the possibility of being one of the first people to wear the black adidas top - a classy looking reverse of the home strip - get scribbling now.

We want to hear all your Rams related tales - but remember the more interesting or quirky they are the more chance they have of being published and maybe even landing you that impressive new away shirt.

Send your stories (photos too please, as these will also improve your chances!) to The Ram Letters, Press Office, Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, Derby DE24 8XL.

Alternatively email your letters (if you also attach pics please make sure they are in jpeg format) to the editor Chris Kershaw at chris.kershaw@dcfc.co.uk. Please put the words 'The Ram Letters' in the subject line of the email.

Don't forget to include your name, address, age and daytime phone number in any correspondence. If you are emailing please send any photos in jpeg format.

For your letter to be considered for inclusion in the next Premier League programme of 2007/08 - for the game against Newcastle at Pride Park Stadium on Monday 17 September - they need to arrive with the editor by 5pm on Friday 7 September.

Any received after that date will still be considered for forthcoming publications.

From the sublime to the ridiculous all stories and photos will be looked at, so get writing and we look forward to reading your Rams-related stories.
