ADEBAYOR ON THE MOVE!

Posted on: Tue 29 Apr 2008

Hat-trick hero Emmanuel Adebayor admitted after Monday night's Arsenal victory at Pride Park that the goal 'dance' after his second strike was an imitation of Robert Earnshaw's celebration moments earlier.

After scoring his first Premier League goal for the Rams, the Welsh striker let rip with his familiar somersault followed by some nifty dance moves.

But after grabbing the match ball for his three goals as a second half substitute, Adebayor said: "When their player scored he was dancing, so I tried to imitate him but I don't know if I did it very well.

"Eboue joined me and he is one of the better dancers in the club!"

The Togolese striker added: "Coming here it was important to win and every time I went through I had a good ball to finish and the most important thing is we won the game.

"I like to score a lot of goals because I'm a striker and I'm very happy. But the team must win."
