The 2007/08 season comes to a close on Sunday May 11 - which has been designated as the first-ever Rams Fan Day.

Reading are the visitors to Pride Park Stadium in a game that will end the Premier League campaign.

But there is so much more going off besides the football: the day will include live music, face painting, fancy dress, inflatables and balloon sculptures.

Attractions will be getting going at 1pm with the game kicking off two hours later.
