James Bailey has been named in this week's npower Championship 'Team of the Week'.

The young midfielder rounded-off an all-action display with a superb goal in Derby's 2-2 draw at home to npower Championship leaders Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.

Bailey curled home his first-ever goal in professional football from outside the area to put Derby 2-0, before Neil Warnock's men hit back with two goals of their own to claim a point.

The former Crewe midfielder has adapted to life in the Championship after joining Derby from the League Two outfit in the summer, starting Derby's first five fixtures of the season.

Also selected in this week's star XI is former Ram Jay McEveley, who moved to Barnsley this summer after being released by Derby.
