Derby County operate a ticket priority system to ensure that tickets are distributed to supporters as fairly as possible.

Priority however does not guarantee a ticket.

Tickets will be issued strictly one ticket per member.

Home league games

Tickets go on sale approximately one month before the date on which the fixture is to be played. The normal priority order is:

1)  Derby County membership holders
2)  Derby County supporters

Home cup matches

The normal priority order for home cup matches is:

1) Derby County season ticket holders
2) Derby County membership holders
3) Derby County supporters

Away league matches

When the club receives a limited supply of away tickets or demand is expected to exceed supply, we reserve the right to allocate tickets to those supporters who have attended a certain number of away matches in the season.

In these instances, only written applications for tickets will be accepted.

The number of qualifying away matches will be announced should we need to use this additional criteria.

This is the normal priority order:

1) Members with 'Rams on Tour'
2) Derby County membership holders
3) Derby County season ticket holders
4)
Derby County supporters

Postal applications for tickets will only be accepted from the sale dates specified for that match. Any applications received before sale dates will be returned.

Tickets are subject to availability and no application is guaranteed to be successful.
