Mark became the Rams' second youngster to make his senior debut on the final day of 2008/09.
The Academy product crowned his first year as a professional with eight minutes as a substitute at the end of the 3-1 defeat at Vicarage Road.
Doncaster-born Dudley came on at left-back and is equally comfortable there or in the centre of defence.
He had recently returned from a loan spell with Tamworth, where he played the last eight games of their season in helping the club finish top of Blue Square North.
Dudley joined the Academy in the summer of 2006 having left Notts County when their youth setup disbanded.
He has captained the U18 side regularly since then before graduating into the professional ranks in the summer of 2008.
Mark joined Alfreton Town on loan in October 2009 to aid his development but was recalled 28 days later following a defensive injury crisis at Pride Park.
Two weeks later Mark moved out on loan again, this time joining Blue Square North Hinckley United for two months before returning to the Rams. A few weeks later, he returned to Hinckley for a further month.
