Talented young midfielder Ben Pringle arrived at Pride Park in the summer of 2009 from non-league football, where he left a huge impression.
The 20-year-old played a key role in Ilkeston Town's promotion to the Blue Square North before joining the Rams on a one-year deal.
The north-easterner was a trainee at West Bromwich Albion and played for Morpeth Town and Newcastle Blue Star before joining Ilkeston in the summer of 2008.
