Greg possesses electric pace and a good eye for goal, and is comfortable either on the right or attacking through the middle.
He chose football over athletics as a youngster and signing professional terms in the summer of 2009 vindicated that decision.
Mills has scored goals on a regular basis for the Rams' under-18 side and has the chance to kick on this year.
He joined Blue Square North side Solihull Moors on loan in September 2009 and after scoring four goals in four games he returned to Pride Park and made his Rams debut days later by coming off the bench in the 2-0 defeat at Middlesbrough.
On 19 November 2009 Greg rejoined Solihull until January 2010 before returning to Pride Park but it wasn't long before he was off out on loan again, this time to Coca-Cola League Two Macclesfield Town.
