East Standers Marcus Sisson and Sharon Poole have been in touch to tell us about their trip to the Cricket World Cup earlier this year.

A couple of weeks back we reported on the tale of Andy Marratt and Marie Dawkins-Smith and their own trip to the Caribbean.

Marcus and Sharon also took a Rams flag with them and have sent us some images from their journey.

Sharon told us: "We spent two weeks in Barbados watching England's final three Super Eight games including Brian Lara's last ever game for the West Indies.

"The atmosphere in the ground, especially for the West Indies game was amazing.

"Being members of the Heanor Supporters branch, the branch kindly let us take the Heanor Rams flag with us, so we could show our support for The Rams.

"We managed to see the Rams' 1-0 win over Luton, where we also bumped into fellow supporters Andy and Marie."
