Demand Based Pricing
Derby County Football Club uses Demand Based Pricing to price its home match tickets. This means that the price of match tickets can go up at any time based on the demand for a particular game, or area of Pride Park Stadium. Customers are encouraged to purchase early to take advantage of the ticket prices shown as they are subject to constant change.
Match ticket prices increase on the day of the game by £3 for adult tickets and £2 on concession tickets throughout all areas of the Pride Park Stadium. The prices displayed on WeAreDerby.com do not reflect this increase. If you want to know more or have a question about Demand Based Pricing, please Click Here. Matchday tickets are available from the Digonex Ticket Office, right up until kick-off.
Match tickets can be booked on the direct telephone ordering line - 0871 472 1884 (option 1) - using VISA, Mastercard, VISA DEBIT and Switch. Tickets will be posted out until two days before the match. Any tickets bought after the deadline will be held for collection. Tickets can be purchased by phone until three hours before kick-off.
Tickets are subject to a booking fee of £1 per ticket (to a maximum of £5 per transaction). The booking fee also applies when buying tickets online or over the phone.
The Digonex Ticket Collection Point is located in a Porta Cabin behind the Clough/Taylor Monument in the West Stand Car Park and opens two hours before kick-off on matchdays. Collections before this time or after kick-off must be made from the Digonex Ticket Office. To avoid delays, customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off. Supporters purchasing tickets by debit/credit cards must present their card when collecting tickets. Failure to comply will result in tickets not being issued.
Please send all postal applications to: Digonex Ticket Office, Derby County Football Club, Pride Park Stadium, Derby, DE24 8XL.
