Demand Based Pricing
Derby County Football Club uses Demand Based Pricing to price its home match tickets. This means that the price of match tickets can go up at any time based on the demand for a particular game, or area of the iPro Stadium. Customers are encouraged to purchase early to take advantage of the ticket prices shown as they are subject to constant change. Find out more information by visiting: WeAreDerby.com
Match ticket prices increase on the day of the game by £3 for adult tickets and £2 on concession tickets throughout all areas of the iPro Stadium. The prices displayed on WeAreDerby.com do not reflect this increase. Matchday tickets are available from the Unite The Union Ticket Office.
Match tickets can be booked on the direct telephone ordering line - 0871 472 1884 (option 1) - using VISA, Mastercard, VISA DEBIT and Switch. Tickets will be posted out until two days before the match. Any tickets bought after the deadline will be held for collection. Tickets can be purchased by phone until three hours before kick-off. Collections for all match tickets are only available from the Unite The Union Ticket Office and will not be offered at any away grounds
Home match tickets are subject to a booking fee of £1 per ticket, while away tickets are subject to a £1.50 per ticket booking fee. The booking fee also applies when buying tickets online or over the phone. Tickets selected to be posted will be subject to a £1 booking fee per transaction.
Home Matchday Ticket Collection
The Ticket Collection Point is located in the North Stand to the left of Starbucks and opens two hours before kick-off on matchdays. Collections before this time or after kick-off must be made from the Ticket Office. To avoid delays, customers are advised to collect their tickets at least an hour before kick-off.
Please send all postal applications to: Unite The Union Ticket Office, Derby County Football Club, iPro Stadium, Derby, DE24 8XL. Postal applications should clearly state which match the tickets are being applied for, together with payment and a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please quote all relevant names and customer numbers in all correspondence. Please also include a contact telephone number. Postal applications for tickets will only be accepted from the sale dates specified for that match. Any applications received before sale dates will be returned. Tickets are subject to availability and no application is guaranteed to be successful.
Seniors - Must be aged 65 or over on September 1st 2015
Under 18s - Must be aged 17 or under on September 1st 2015
2-12 years - Must be aged 12 or under on September 1st 2015
Concessionary Rates will vary for away fixtures
