Derby County have agreed a reciprocal ticket offer for away supporters with Barnsley for the two Sky Bet Championship fixtures between the sides this season.

Following dialogue between the two clubs a joint agreement has been put in place to benefit away supporters at both venues during the campaign.

Derby will travel to Oakwell on Sunday 29th December 2013 (3pm) in their final game of the calendar year, while the return fixture at the iPro Stadium falls on Easter Monday, 21st April 2014 (3pm).

Prices have been set at £15 for Adults, £10 for Senior Citizens, Students and Under 18s and £5 for Under 12s * for away supporters only when Derby head to Oakwell over Christmas.

*These categories are not available on the turnstiles and need to be purchased in advance.

Barnsley fans visiting the iPro Stadium in April will pay £15 for Adults and £10 for Senior Citizens and Under 18s.

Derby County President & Chief Executive Sam Rush said: “We’re delighted to announce this reciprocal agreement with Barnsley and we hope it will be a big hit with our fans.

“We have a magnificent away support and our travelling army have been turning out in huge numbers to really spur the team on.

“Hopefully we will see another large turnout at Oakwell as a result of this offer, especially as it is only an hour or so up the road, in what will be a key Christmas game for the side.”

He added: “I know Ben Mansford (Barnsley’s Chief Executive) very well and I would like to thank him and Barnsley for being so open to what is a great initiative to benefit both sets of supporters in following their team away from home.”

On-sale dates for Away Members, Season Ticket Holders and Home Members, as well as the General Sale, will be confirmed in due course on dcfc.co.uk.
