Derby announce the return of another former Ram.

Former Ram Horacio Carbonari is to become the latest former Derby County player to make a guest appearance back at the club next week.

Hot on the heels of Paulo Wanchope’s return to Derby for the home game with Millwall on Saturday 8th March 2014 (3pm), Carbonari will be the Rams’ special guest for the match against Bolton Wanderers on Tuesday 11th March 2014 (7:45pm).

The duo will be latest former Rams to return to the Club in recent months after Stefano Eranio, Ted McMinn, Igor Stimac and Mart Poom all visited Derby prior to Christmas - and will also attend Derby's #SignUpSunday event at the iPro Stadium on Sunday 9th March 2014.

Argentinian-born Carbonari joined the Rams in the summer of 1998 in a deal worth almost £3 Million from Rosario Central - and he went on to score his first goal for the Club in November 1998 in a 2-2 draw at the City Ground against Nottingham Forest.

He also scored the winning goal in the return fixture at Pride Park later in the season in a 1-0 success for the Rams - earning him cult status amongst the Derby faithful.

Carbonari possessed a thundering shot often seen at dead-ball situations and this led to him receiving the nickname 'Bazooka' - and he was a regular in the Derby side in 1998/99, 1999/2000 and 2000/01. He fell out of favour in the next two seasons and spent some time on loan at Coventry City before returning to Rosario Central.

Prior to the game against the Trotters on Tuesday, Carbonari will be visiting the corporate areas of the iPro Stadium and a special hospitality package is available - allowing fans to enjoy his return, and the match, in style.

The package costs £75 + VAT and includes:

* Q&A + photograph/autograph opportunities with Horacio Carbonari
* Two course hot fork buffet
* Reserved Car Parking
* Complimentary matchday teamsheet and programme
* Hostess service
