Derby County trio Johnny Russell, Darren Bent and Alex Pearce recently took on the Avon Tyres Target Challenge at the Training Centre in partnership with the University of Derby.

The target goal had three holes in total; two at the bottom worth one point, two in the middle worth two points and one at the top worth three points.

The aim of the challenge was to get as many points as possible from five shots.

Russell came out on top with six points so, as a result, one lucky supporter will now have the chance to take on the fans’ favourite at the Target Challenge.

To be in with a chance to this great opportunity, all you need to do is have the Avon Tyres company logo printed on the back of your Derby County shirt before 18th February 2017.

One lucky winner will be selected at random to take on Russell at the Training Centre at a future date.

Avon Tyres is Derby’s back of shirt and shorts sponsor for the 2016/17 season.

As a trusted British brand, Avon has not only proved itself on the road but also on the racetracks of the world, on two wheels as well as four and has been making high performance tyres for over 100 years.
