The Yard, a new all-day restaurant and bar, is open for business at Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium on a matchday.
The Yard, located in the South West Corner of the Rams’ home and opposite the Derby Arena, officially opened its doors last week.
The name of the restaurant is inspired by the railway goods yards which originally stood on the very same spot as where The Yard is based.
The Yard boasts a mouthwatering all-day menu, which will change during the seasons and serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
As well as being open for business throughout the week, The Yard will also be open on matchdays for supporters to enjoy their pre-match food and drinks.
Entry for supporters will be free on a home matchdays and tables will be available for diners on a first-come-first-served basis. The premises, in addition to the bar area will also have an area directly outside for fans looking to soak up the pre-match atmosphere.
In addition, The Six Yard Box has also been launched for home matchdays – which is an exclusive corporate hospitality ‘members only’ area within The Yard.
This includes a reserved table, two-course meal, table service for drinks and direct access to the West Lower and South West Lower for seating. Places are limited for this facility but to learn more please email [email protected]k for more details.
