Derby face a run of three games inside eight days in the Championship, as they seek to end their run of eight league games without a victory.
Darren Wassall’s side travel to Brentford on Saturday (20th February) and Wolverhampton Wanderers a week later (27th February), with a home game against Blackburn Rovers sandwiched inbetween the matches (24th February).
Christie, 23, is confident that Derby can pick up a positive return of points during the run of games and return to winning ways.
He told dcfc.co.uk: “We have a three-game week coming up and I am confident we can make it a good one.
“If we can pick up a win at Brentford it will give us a real platform to build from ahead of the Blackburn and Wolves.
“It’s a big week for us, definitely, and we know that we need to start getting some wins again to move back up the table.”
He added: “It has been a tough period for us and we accept that.
“We’re not the only team at the top having a blip. We’ve not been clinical enough as a side recently and we’ve been made to pay for it.
“It’s obviously tough for the fans because they want to see us winning games and it is important that we all stick together.”
Christie is convinced that once Derby get their first league success of 2016 under their belts, it will provide a big confidence boost.
He also believes a victory could be the kick-start the Rams need to embark on a positive run of form.
He said: “I feel getting that win will really turn things in our favour.
“Over the course of the season one win can change things for a team.
“Getting a victory will provide a real confidence boost at an important time of the season.
“It is frustrating not to be winning the games that you feel you should be doing, but we are confident in ourselves that we can get back to form.”
He added: “We’re adapting to what Darren wants from us after taking over last week and it has been good working with him so far.
“As well as adapting we also have to pick up the wins as soon as possible.”
