Welcome to Pride Park – the home of Derby County Football Club!

Derby County Football Club is committed to ensuring fans have an enjoyable, safe and memorable matchday experience, and with plenty going on in and around the ground before kick-off you’re guaranteed a day filled with great entertainment!

We pride ourselves on providing a fun day out for all families when they visit Pride Park Stadium and the club have been awarded the EFL’s Family Excellence Award previously, as well as achieving the prestigious Gold standard accolade for our work in engaging families on matchday on two occasions.

Before you visit Pride Park for the first time, ensure that you read our Home Supporters Guide HERE. This will provide you with a more comprehensive overview of your day, covering everything from buying a ticket, to navigating the stadium and its surroundings, to the refreshments and entertainment on offer, ensuring you enjoy your Rams experience…whatever the score!

YOUR MATCHDAY TIMETABLE

A quick run-down on what happens to help prepare you for a matchday at Pride Park! The timings provided underneath are simply a rough guide to help you with planning your day, and to get the most out of your visit!

12.30pm – Matchday Parking!

As Pride Park Stadium has very limited parking available, we would recommend parking at Derby Arena Car Park, as it is only a short five-minute walk from the ground, but there is no option to pay via cash on the day of the game at Derby Arena Car Park, so make sure you purchase and secure your Car Parking space beforehand.

12.45pm – Look out for our Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers!

In August 2008, Derby County launched a 'Fans First' initiative, putting our supporters at the forefront of the club's matchday experience. On arrival to the stadium, look out for our Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers (MSLOs) in blue, here to answer any questions you might have and the team might even have a few goodies to give away too!

1pm – Visit the DCFCMegastore!

The DCFCMegastore is always worth a visit to check out the latest merchandise, and is located in the North East Corner of Pride Park Stadium and remains open right up until kick-off.

1.15pm – Head to Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone!

Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone is designed with kids and families in mind, as it provides an interactive, fun and safe space for all the family, ahead of kick-off. The Family Fun Zone is located in Harrison’s Hub located in the North West Corner of the stadium.

Our Rams Youngsters can take part in a number of exciting, family-friendly activities, we have colouring and crafts competitions where fans can win exclusive prizes, face-painting, video-games, foosball, ping-pong table, meet and greet opportunities with Club Mascots Rammie and Ewie, and the Pride Park Tuck Shop.

Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone is open from 1pm right up until kick-off. This applies to a home weekend league fixture only, and for a 3pm kick-off.

Please Note: We occasionally take photographs and shoot videos in Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed then please speak to a DCFC member of staff on arrival to Harrison’s Hub.

2pm – Entering the Stadium!

After this, if you have purchased tickets in the Family Area in the North East Corner, please head to turnstiles 23-28, as from here you will be able to enter the stadium.

The turnstiles to enter the stadium open an hour and a half before kick-off and we operate a scanning system to allow access to the stadium where the barcode of the ticket is scanned to gain entry.

It’s easy to use, as demonstrated in the three-step guide below…

As well as food and drinks, there are plenty of activities, matchday competitions and entertainment on the pitch, but please note this is entirely dependent on any restrictions that may impact on our ability to host such activities.

Please Note: Derby County's Pride Park Stadium is a CASHLESS venue.

2.45pm – Take your seat!

You shouldn’t have any issues finding your place, but we recommend making your way to your seat at least fifteen-minutes before kick-off, so you don’t miss out on the pre-match build-up. However, if you do become slightly lost, either refer to the map on our Home Supporters Guide or ask one of our stewards and they will point you in the right direction.

3pm – It’s Time for Kick-Off!

Sit back, relax and enjoy the game fellow Ram!

Additional Family Information

Safeguarding on Matchdays!

Derby County staff offer all parents/guardians the opportunity to collect a free-of-charge wristband from Rammie and Ewie’s Activity Zone, that their child can wear on the day of the game.

Parents/guardians can write their contact details, stand, and seat number on the wristband, and then if their child was to become separated from them or felt unsafe, they could then approach a steward or DCFC member of staff and show their wristband. The steward or staff member will then duly contact parents/guardians.

Please note: Photography and videography takes place on matchdays. In accordance with our Safeguarding Policy, we will not permit Club-taken photographs, video, or other images of children taking part in Club activities to be taken without consent.
