Important information for season ticket holders who haven't received their season card.

Derby County season ticket holders will receive their season cards for the upcoming 2012-13 season in the coming days, if they haven’t already arrived.

Season ticket packages were dispatched from the Digonex Ticket Office at the start of last week, and began to land on season ticket holders’ doormats before the weekend while a large majority arrived on Monday and Tuesday this week.

The Club is aware that a small number of season ticket holders' cards are yet to arrive, and apologises for any inconvenience caused.

If any season ticket holders have not received their season ticket package by the CLOSE OF PLAY TODAY, they will be required to contact the Digonex Ticket Office – either in person at Pride Park Stadium or by calling 0871 472 1884 (option 1) - and they will issued with a replacement ticket for Saturday's home game with Sheffield Wednesday at Pride Park.

All season ticket packages include:

* A brand new 2012-13 Season Card
* A letter from Derby County Chairman Andy Appleby looking ahead to the season
* A breakdown of how much season ticket holders have paid per game in line with the newly-introduced demand based pricing
* A Season Ticket Holder Benefit Book which includes great offers from Club Partners
