Derby County fell to a 2-0 defeat to Fleetwood Town in Sky Bet League One on Saturday afternoon.
A first-half own-goal from Joe Wildsmith was added to by a solo effort from Carlos Mendes-Gomes as the Fishermen inflicted a first loss in the league at Pride Park Stadium for the Rams since October.
Major Moments
The Rams were on the front-foot immediately when Louie Sibley charged down the visitors' kick-off routine but the ball bounced kindly back into the path of the Fleetwood defence with the midfielder looking to charge through one-on-one.
It was Scott Brown's men that took the lead in the opening 10 minutes though and they did so through a combination of spectacular skill and luck. The Rams didn't clear properly at the back and the ball ricocheted kindly to Stockley who hit a first-time volley onto the underside of the crossbar. It looked for a second as though Derby had got away with it but it cannoned off the woodwork and onto Wildsmith's back before finding it's way into the back of the net.
The Rams struggled to get a grip on the game and found themselves 2-0 down on the half-hour mark through Mendes-Gomes.
Stockley slipped in the winger down the right-hand-side and he ran 40-yards before firing past Wildsmith from a tight angle.
Warne made a double switch before the break as David McGoldrick and Jason Knight were introduced as the Head Coach opted for a change in shape with Conor Hourihane and Tony Springett making way.
Another double substitution was made at the half with Tom Barkhuizen and Haydon Roberts both being introduced for Sibley and Curtis Davies respectively as Warne demanded a second-half response.
Derby certainly improved but still found it tough to break down a resolute Fleetwood side who nearly made it three through former Ram Jack Marriott.
The forward got in down the left and forced a smart save from Wildsmith down low before the defence were eventually able to scramble clear.
Substitute McGoldrick was inches away from getting on the end of a cross from Roberts and then minutes later had a goal-bound effort which deflected kindly into the arms of a grateful Jay Lynch.
It was simply one of those days for the Rams that fell to their first league defeat on home soil since October last year.
