In light of the recent sad passing of Sheffield United Women’s player Maddy Cusack at the age of just 27, the decision has been made to postpone Derby County Women’s FA Women's National League Northern Premier Division fixture against Huddersfield Town on Sunday.
Many of the players and staff members involved at both clubs knew Maddy and, therefore, it was felt inappropriate to play so soon after her sad passing.
