These video guides are here to give you a closer look at some of the key services we offer supporters with access requirements. Each video is designed to help you feel more confident and informed when planning your visit to Pride Park Stadium.
Our audio descriptive commentary is a specialist matchday service designed to make matchdays more inclusive and immersive. It provides real-time spoken descriptions of the action on the pitch and other key visual moments, making it especially valuable for supporters who are blind or partially sighted. Please note, that supporters are required to bring their own earphones (3.5mm audio jack) and we would recommend booking this service at least 24 hours prior to matchday.
If you think audio descriptive commentary could enhance your matchday, we'd love to hear from you, just get in touch!
