Match tickets can be purchased online (subject to a £1.00 per ticket booking fee), up to one hour before kick-off, with delivery and collection options depending on when you make your purchase:

Non-matchday:
- Collect from the Ticket Office (West Stand) Monday to Saturday, 10am-4pm.
Matchday:
- Up to 3 hours before kick-off: Collect from inside the Ticket Office
- Within 3 hours of kick-off: Collect from the external collection point located just outside the Ticket office.
Print at Home: Must be selected at the time of booking and is only available up to one hour before kick-off.
Cup Fixture Tickets - Season Ticket Holders (During Reserved Sales Period)
- Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
- Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.
- Log into your account.
- Choose ‘Season Ticket Holder Cup Reservation’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.
- Select your reserved tickets (including the Carer/Personal Assistant Ticket).
- Proceed to checkout and select your delivery method.
- Review your order, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.
General Sale (Home Cup or League Fixtures)
- Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
- Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.
- Log into your account.
- Choose ‘Home Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.
- Select your event and seating block.
- Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).
- One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Home Personal Assistant’ ticket.
- Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.
Away Matches (Cup or League Fixtures)
- Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
- Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.
- Log into your account.
- Choose ‘Away Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.
- Select your event and seating block.
- Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).
- One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Away Personal Assistant’ ticket.
- Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.
Phone Purchase (£1.00 per ticket booking fee)

In-Person Match Ticket Purchase (No Booking Fee)
On matchdays, the Ticket Office opens at least 3 hours before kick-off and remains open for match ticket sales right up until kick-off.
On non matchdays, match tickets can be purchased Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm.

Important:
- If you are purchasing match tickets online and have forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
- If purchasing by phone or in person, please have your Fan ID, full name, address, and date of birth ready.
For disabled supporters who require a complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket for the 2025/26 season (subject to approval):
- If your Personal Assistant Ticket request has been approved, you can purchase your match tickets online (see online purchase guides above), over the phone by calling 01332 667528, or visit the Ticket Office in person.
- If you are a new supporter and require a Personal Assistant Ticket, please contact our Accessibility Team (01332 667528) before purchasing your tickets.
- If your Personal Assistant Ticket request is still pending/not yet been approved, please contact our Accessibility Team before purchasing your tickets.
- Disabled supporters requiring a complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket must ensure that their Personal Assistant is seated directly adjacent to them on matchdays, to ensure effective support.
