Our Purchase Guide for Seating, Parking and Memberships walks you through everything you need to know about how to buy season tickets, match tickets, parking and away memberships, including how to purchase and receive them.

For step-by-step instructions on booking your tickets online, simply check the drop down sections below. To save time, we recommend purchasing your match tickets online and using the 'Print at Home' option whenever possible.

Season Ticket Online Purchase Guides

Season Ticket Online Renewal Guide - For Supporters Not Requiring a Personal Assistant Season Ticket (Phase One - No Booking Fee)

For those supporters that do not require a ‘Personal Assistant Season Ticket’, follow these steps to purchase your Season Ticket online:

  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk
  • Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ Tab
  • Log into your account
  • Select ‘Renew Your Season Ticket’ located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab.
  • From the drop down box, select ‘Season Ticket 2025/2026’
  • Select 'Proceed’
  • Select ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Select delivery method and click ‘Next’
  • Select payment method
  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Click ‘Pay’


Season Ticket Online Renewal Guide - For Disabled Supporters with a Personal Assistant Season Ticket (Phase One - No Booking Fee)
  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk
  • Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab
  • Log into your account
  • Select ‘Renew Your Season Ticket’ located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab.
  • On your ‘Personal Assistant’ Season Ticket, select “Not sure, keep my seat for the time being”.
  • On your own Season Ticket, select “Yes, I want to renew now, to series:”
  • From the drop-down box, select ‘Season Ticket 2025/2026’
  • Select 'Proceed (1 Items)’
  • Select ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • Select delivery method and click ‘Next’
  • Select payment method
  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Click ‘Pay’


Season Ticket Online New Purchase (No Booking Fee)
  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk
  • Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ Tab
  • Log into your account
  • Select ‘Buy New Season Tickets’ located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab.
  • Click ‘Buy’ on the Season Ticket you wish to purchase
  • If you already have a Season Ticket, the system will display the block you currently sit in. To choose a different area, click ‘Back to Area Selection’ located under the seat selection area. If this is your first time buying, please continue to the next step.
  • Click on the relevant block you wish to sit in and select a seat
  • Select ‘Add to basket’
  • Select the relevant Age Band from the dropdown (Age Bands are calculated on 1st August 2025)
  • Select ‘Proceed to checkout’
  • Select delivery method and click ‘Next’
  • Select payment method
  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • Click ‘Pay’


Phone Purchase (Booking Fee: £2 per Ticket)

In-Person Purchase (No Booking Fee)

Visit the DCFC Ticket Office, located on the west side of the stadium. This office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm, or at least three hours before kick-off on matchdays (until half-time).

Important:

  • If you are purchasing tickets online and have forgotten your password, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
  • If purchasing by phone or in person, please have your Fan ID, full name, address, and date of birth ready.

For disabled supporters who require a complimentary Personal Assistant Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season (subject to approval):

  • If your request has already been approved and you purchase your own season ticket during Phase One, your Personal Assistant Season Ticket will be automatically renewed.
  • If you renew your season ticket during Phase Two and need a Personal Assistant Season Ticket, you will need to complete your purchase by phone (01332 667528) or visit the Ticket Office in person, as the online option will no longer be available.
  • If you are a new season ticket holder and require a Personal Assistant Season Ticket, please contact our Accessibility Team before making your purchase (01332 667528).
  • If your Personal Assistant Season Ticket request is still pending/not yet been approved, please contact our Accessibility Team before renewing or purchasing your Season Ticket.
  • Disabled supporters requiring a complimentary Personal Assistant Season Ticket must ensure that their Personal Assistant is seated directly adjacent to them on matchdays, to ensure effective support.
  • No booking fees apply to Personal Assistant Season Tickets.


Half Season Tickets (currently off sale)

Half Season Ticket Online Purchase Guide - For Supporters Not Requiring a Personal Assistant Half Season Ticket (Booking Fee: £2 per Ticket)
  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
  • Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.
  • Log into your account.
  • Choose ‘Buy Half Season Tickets’ under the ‘Season Tickets’ section.
  • Select the Half Season Ticket you wish to purchase.
  • Choose your seating block and seat.
  • Add the ticket to your basket.
  • Select the appropriate Age Band (calculated as of 1st August 2024).
  • Confirm your details.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Choose your delivery method and click ‘Next’.
  • Select your payment method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.


Phone Purchase (Booking Fee: £2 per Ticket)

Match Tickets

Match tickets can be purchased online (subject to a £1.00 per ticket booking fee), up to one hour before kick-off, with delivery and collection options depending on when you make your purchase:

Post: Available if tickets are bought at least 72 hours before matchday (£3.00 postage fee per transaction)

Collection:

Non-matchday:

  • Collect from the Ticket Office (West Stand) Monday to Saturday, 10am-4pm.

Matchday:

  • Up to 3 hours before kick-off: Collect from inside the Ticket Office
  • Within 3 hours of kick-off: Collect from the external collection point located just outside the Ticket office.

Print at Home: Must be selected at the time of booking and is only available up to one hour before kick-off.


Cup Fixture Tickets - Season Ticket Holders (During Reserved Sales Period)

  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
  • Log into your account.
  • Select the ‘Tickets’ tab.
  • Choose ‘Cup Reservation’ under the ‘Match Tickets’ section.
  • Select your reserved tickets (including the Personal Assistant Ticket).
  • Proceed to checkout and select your delivery method.
  • Review your order, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

General Sale (Home Cup or League Fixtures)
  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
  • Log into your account.
  • Select the ‘Tickets’ tab.
  • Choose ‘Home Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section and click 'Buy'.
  • Select your event and seating block.
  • Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).
  • One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Home Personal Assistant’ ticket.
  • Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

Away Matches (Cup or League Fixtures)
  • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.
  • Log into your account.
  • Select the ‘Tickets tab.
  • Choose ‘Away Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section and click 'Buy'.
  • Select your event and seating block.
  • Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).
  • One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Away Personal Assistant’ ticket.
  • Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

    Away Memberships (currently off-sale)

    Away Ticket Membership Sales Windows

    Away Ticket Members receive priority for purchasing away league match tickets during the following 48-hour ‘windows’ after the match has been announced:

    Window 1: 2024/2025 Away Ticket Members who attended 15 or more Away League Matches during the 2023/2024 season.

    Window 2: 2024/2025 Away Ticket Members who attended 10 or more Away League Matches during the 2023/2024 season.

    Window 3: 2024/2025 Away Ticket Members who attended 5 or more Away League Matches during the 2023/2024 season.

    Window 4: Remaining 2024/2025 Away Ticket Members

    Window 5: 2024/2025 Season Ticket Holders.

    Online Purchase Guide (£1 per Membership Booking Fee)

    • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk
    • Select ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.
    • Log into your account.
    • Choose ‘Memberships’ and select ‘Buy Memberships’.
    • Select age-band & quantity of memberships required.
    • Assign ownership for each membership.
    • Proceed to checkout, agree to terms & conditions and click’ Pay’.

    Important:

    • 2024/25 season attendance is only registered for away league match tickets purchased from Derby County Ticket Office. Only one ticket can be issued per Fan ID (subject to availability).
    • If purchasing over the phone or in person, please have your Fan ID, full name, address, and date of birth ready.
    • If you are eligible for a Personal Assistant ticket, you only need to purchase one away membership.
    • When you purchase an away membership, no physical card is issued – we’ll simply update your account directly.

    Matchday Parking

    Seasonal Matchday Parking

    Onsite Car Parks A & B (standard parking)

    You can renew your seasonal car parking during 'Phase one' of season ticket sales by following these steps:

    • Visit www.dcfc.co.uk
    • Login into your account
    • Select Season Tickets Tab
    • Select 'Buy New Season Tickets'
    • Select Seasonal Car Park Season Ticket
    • Choose either Car Park A or B from the drop-down list (please ensure you select the correct car park)
    • Add to basket (if you are a Blue Badge Holder, a discount will be applied at this stage)

    Supporters that didn’t purchase seasonal parking during the 2024/25 and require a seasonal parking pass for the 2025/2026 season will be able to purchase a car park pass during phase two (subject to availability).




    Seasonal Accessible Parking (West & East Accessible Car Parks)

    New Requests: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer new seasonal accessible parking passes for the 2025/2026 season due to high demand.




    Match by Match Parking

    Matchday Car Parking Ticket Purchase Guide (Car Park A & B only)
    • To purchase the matchday parking ticket, first log onto the MiPermit website.
    • Once logged onto the website, click ‘Pay for Parking’, which is located on the left-hand side of the page.
    • Next, select the location option titled one of the following two tariffs:
      754606 – DCFC General Admission Car Park A
      OR
      754607 – DCFC General Admission Car Park B.
      Alternatively, you can also click ‘Select’ and search ‘DCFC’ to find the location option.
    • Following that, select the date, duration that you will require and enter the registration number of the vehicle that you are paying parking for.
    • Once completed, you will be able to complete your purchase for matchday parking ticket.
    • Please note, you can provide either your mobile or email to receive a confirmation text and receipt.


    Matchday Accessible Parking (West & East Accessible Car Parks)
