This guide provides information on ticket purchase and delivery options for season tickets, match tickets, and away memberships. Please see in the drop-downs below for step-by-step online ticket and membership instructions.

To minimise wait times, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online and selecting the ‘Print at Home’ option.

Season Tickets (currently off sale)

Season Ticket Renewal – Online (No Booking Fee)

HOW TO RENEW ONLINE – From Monday 26th February 2024

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab

3. Log into your account

4. Select ‘Renew Your Season Ticket’ located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab.

5. On your ‘Personal Assistant’ Season Ticket, select “Not sure, keep my seat for the time being”.

6. On your own Season Ticket, select “Yes, I want to renew now, to series:”

7. From the drop-down box, select ‘Season Ticket 2024/2025’

8. Select 'Proceed (1 Items)’

9. Select ‘Proceed to Checkout’

10. Select delivery method and click ‘Next’

11. Select payment method

12. Agree to the Terms & Conditions

13. Click ‘Pay’

Important: For supporters with specific access requirements who require a complimentary Personal Assistant Season Ticket for the 2024/2025 season, this will be automatically renewed if your complimentary Personal Assistant Season Ticket request has been approved and you purchase your own season ticket during Phase 1 of the campaign. If your request has not yet been approved, please contact the Disability Access Officer before attempting to renew your 2024/25 Season Ticket.

If you renew your Season Ticket during Phase 2 and require a complimentary Personal Assistant Season Ticket (subject to approval), you will need to complete your purchase either by phone at 01332 667528 or in person at the Ticket Office, as the online option is no longer available.

New Season Ticket Purchase – Online (No Booking Fee)

For those supporters that do not require a ‘Personal Assistant Season Ticket’, follow these steps to purchase your Season Ticket online:

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Buy New Season Tickets’ under the ‘Season Tickets’ section.

5. Select the Season Ticket you wish to purchase.

6. Choose your seating block and seat.

7. Add the ticket to your basket.

8. Select the appropriate Age Band (calculated as of 1st August 2024).

9. Confirm your details.

10. Proceed to checkout.

11. Choose your delivery method and click ‘Next’.

12. Select your payment method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

Important: If you require a Personal Assistant Season Ticket, you will need to purchase your Season Tickets in person at the DCFC Ticket Office or by calling our Accessibility Team on 01332 667528.

Phone Purchase (Booking Fee: £2 per Ticket)

To purchase over the phone, call our Accessibility Team at 01332 667528 (available Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm).

Important: Please note that the booking fee does not apply to ‘Personal Assistant Season Tickets’.

In-Person Purchase (No Booking Fee)

Visit the DCFC Ticket Office located on the west side of the stadium. This office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm, or at least three hours before kick-off on matchdays (until half-time).

Important: If purchasing over the phone or in person, please have your Fan ID, full name, address, and date of birth ready.

Half Season Tickets

Half Season Ticket Purchase – Online (Booking Fee: £2 per Ticket)

For those supporters that do not require a ‘Personal Assistant Season Ticket’, follow these steps to purchase your Half Season Ticket online:

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Buy Half Season Tickets’ under the ‘Season Tickets’ section.

5. Select the Half Season Ticket you wish to purchase.

6. Choose your seating block and seat.

7. Add the ticket to your basket.

8. Select the appropriate Age Band (calculated as of 1st August 2024).

9. Confirm your details.

10. Proceed to checkout.

11. Choose your delivery method and click ‘Next’.

12. Select your payment method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

Important: If you require a Personal Assistant Half Season Ticket, you will need to purchase your Half Season Ticket in person at the DCFC Ticket Office or by calling our Accessibility Team on 01332 667528.

Match Tickets

Online Purchase (£1.00 per ticket booking fee)

Match tickets can be purchased online, up to one hours before kick-off, using either of the following delivery options:

Post: Available up to 72 hours before matchday (£2.50 postage fee per transaction).

Collection: Available from the Ticket Office between 10 am – 4 pm, Monday to Saturday, or on matchdays at least three hours before kick-off (until half-time).

Cup and League Fixture Tickets

Season Ticket Holders (During Reserved Sales Period)

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Season Ticket Holder Cup Reservation’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.

5. Select your reserved tickets (including the Carer/Personal Assistant Ticket).

6. Proceed to checkout and select your delivery method.

7. Review your order, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

General Sale (Home Cup or League Fixtures)

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Home Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.

5. Select your event and seating block.

6. Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).

7. One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Home Personal Assistant’ ticket.

8. Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

Away Matches (Cup or League Fixtures)

1. Visit www.dcfc.co.uk.

2. Select the ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Away Tickets’ under the ‘Tickets’ section.

5. Select your event and seating block.

6. Select two tickets (this includes the Personal Assistant ticket, if applicable).

7. One ticket will default to a complimentary ‘Away Personal Assistant’ ticket.

8. Proceed to checkout, select delivery method, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and click ‘Pay’.

2. Select ‘Tickets & Hospitality’ tab.

3. Log into your account.

4. Choose ‘Memberships’ and select ‘Buy Memberships’.

5. Select age-band & quantity of memberships required.

6. Assign ownership for each membership.

7. Proceed to checkout, agree to terms & conditions and click’ Pay’.

Phone (£1 per Membership Booking Fee)

To purchase over the phone, call our Accessibility Team at 01332 667528 (available Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm).

In Person (No Booking Fee)

The Ticket Office is open Monday to Saturday from 10 am – 4 pm, and at least three hours before kick-off (up until half-time on matchdays).

Important:

If purchasing over the phone or in person, please have your Fan ID, full name, address, and date of birth ready.
If you are eligible for a Personal Assistant ticket, you only need to purchase one away membership.
When you purchase an away membership, no physical card is issued – we’ll simply update your account directly.
