    Away Ground Access Guides

    Leyton Orient vs Derby County, Saturday 9th December 2023 (3pm KO)

    • The coach park is within 50 metres away of the away seating area.
    • Accessible car parking is available at the stadium and these spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis and need to be booked in advance by emailing [email protected]
    • Pitch-side wheelchair spaces are available. Personal Assistant tickets are allocated adjacent to the wheelchair user.
    • Row LD (behind the wheelchair platform) has been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
    • Accessible toilets are located within the ‘away end’.
    • Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
    • Catering kiosks in the away area do not have low level serving counters.
    • Induction Loop facilities are available.
    • No matchday commentary service.
    • The concourses do not have rest areas.
    • The club shop does not have a low-level serving counter, however, the shop does have a mobile POS system that alerts shop staff to go to the customer.

    • A designated drop off area is available for supporter coaches and is within 200 yards of the away seating area.
    • Accessible car parking is available at the stadium. Please contact Louise Peet either by calling the Ticket Office on 01942 311111 or email [email protected] ; spaces must be pre-booked by 5pm on 25th December 2023.
    • Wheelchair spaces are available, and these spaces are located within the away section on a raised platform.
    • Block N3 or N6, Row G have been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating and there are approximately 8 steps to negotiate to access these seats. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
    • Accessible toilets are located within the away section.
    • Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
    • Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.
    • Induction loop facilities are available.
    • A Match-day commentary service is available. Headsets can be collected from the main Ticket Office, and this is located on the North-West corner of the stadium (windows 1-3). You must return these headsets to Main Reception after the game.
    • The concourses do not have rest areas.
    • The club shop does not have a low-level serving counter.

    • Row I, seats 142-162 have been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating (4 steps maximum). Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
    • Accessible toilets are located within the ‘away end’.
    • Assistance dogs are admitted into the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting Oxford’s Disability Liaison Officer (DLO), so adequate provision can be made.
