To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable matchday experience, we've created detailed guides for each away fixture. These include important information on parking, accessible seating and more.

Underground Train Station: The closest step-free underground station is Stratford, where supporters can access either the 158 or 97 bus routes for their journey to the stadium.

Coach Park: The coach park (Brisbane Road) is approx 400 metres away from the away turnstiles.

Accessible Parking: Accessible parking is not available. Limited street parking can be found on Lyttleton Road, Windsor Road and Osier way.

Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces (pitch side) are available. Personal Assistant tickets are allocated adjacent to the wheelchair user.

Easy Access Seating: Easy access seating is available in Block LG, specifically in Rows LD-LF (behind the wheelchair platform) for supporters with specific access requirements. Some seating in this area is step free, whilst other seats may involve a small number of steps; however, handrails are available to assist with access. To ensure we meet your needs, please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase, so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets are located within the ‘away end’.

Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.

Catering Kiosks: Catering kiosks in the away area do not have low level serving counters.

Induction Loop Facilities: Induction Loop facilities are not available.

Matchday Commentary Service: There is no matchday commentary service available.

Rest Areas: The concourses do have rest areas.

Club Shop (Theo’s Corner): The club shop does have a low-level serving counter.

Coach Parking: Coach parking is within 100 yards of the away stand entrance.

Accessible Parking: Spaces are available and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, please contact Ben Jones at [email protected] to book your space.

Assistance dogs: Please notify the club in advance of the game by contacting the Disability Access Officer (“DAO”), to ensure adequate provisions are arranged. This may include determining the most suitable location within the ground for the supporter and their dog to sit.

Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available and positioned pitch-side in the away section.

Easy Access Seating: Row H is recommended for those that require easy access seating. However, there will be 6-8 steps to negotiate in order to access this row. To ensure we meet your needs, please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase, so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.

Front Row: Row E is the front row, however, there are several steps to negotiate for you to access this row.

Accessible toilets: Accessible toilets are available within the away section.

Rest Areas: There are no dedicated rest areas in the concourses.

Catering facilities: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.

Matchday Audio Descriptive Commentary Service: An audio descriptive commentary service is available to blind or partially sighted supporters. Please contact Ben Jones at [email protected] for more information and to book this service (limited availability and must bring own earphones – round jack).

Club Shop: The shop does have a low-level serving counter.

Induction loop facilities: Induction loop facilities are not available.

Disability ‘Help’ Stewards: Disability ‘help’ stewards can provide assistance in and outside of the stadium on the day, if required (these stewards will be wearing green jackets).
