To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable matchday experience, we've created detailed guides for each away fixture. These include important information on parking, accessible seating and more.

Mansfield Town require all disabled supporters to be able to present their documentation that they used to require the complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket on request to their stewards on the day of the game e.g. DLA entitlement letter or PIP entitlement letter.

Transport and Parking

  • Coaches: The coach park is within 20m of the away seating area. However, there is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles.
  • Accessible Parking: Accessible car parking is available at the stadium and spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis on the day of the game and these spaces are approximately 300 yards away from the away seating area. These spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis and need to be booked in advance by calling 01623 482482 or email: [email protected].

Accessible Seating (including wheelchair user spaces)

  • Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair spaces are available, and these spaces are located within the ‘away end’ and are on a raised platform.
  • Easy Access Seating: Row H has been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating, however, please note there are 2 steps to negotiate to reach this row. Block C, Row B will be the front row and there will be 10-12 steps to negotiate to reach this row. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.

Accessible Facilities & Services

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets are available and are located within the ‘away end’.

Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.

Catering Kiosks: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.

Induction Loop Facilities: No hearing loop available

Matchday Commentary: You can access standard live match commentary (not audio description) using a receiver provided by Mansfield Town. Please pre-book at least one week in advance by calling 01623 482482 or email [email protected]. These can be collected from and returned to the hospitality area, deposit required.

Rest Areas: The concourses dohave rest areas.

Club Shop: The club shop does have a low-level serving counter.

  • Coaches: Coaches cannot park on site; however, they can drop off on Derby Road, which is a maximum of 30 yards from the turnstiles.
  • Accessible Parking: Accessible car parking spaces are available, and these are located directly behind the away terrace (200 metres away approx.). Please call 01283 565938 to book your space; these spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Accessible Seating (including Wheelchair User Spaces)

  • Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available, and these spaces are located at pitch-side within the away area. The Personal Assistant ticket is allocated adjacent to the wheelchair user.
  • Easy Access Seating: Row A (front row) has been recommended for those supporters that require easy access seating. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase

Tickets

Tickets are issued as digital tickets and can be presented either on a mobile device or as a printed copy for entry.

For away fixtures, Personal Assistant ticket requests are subject to the away club’s criteria. The accepted supporting documentation for this away fixture is as follows:

  • Higher Rate DLA, Higher Rate Attendance Allowance or Enhanced PIP.

Transport and Parking

Away Coaches: The away coach park is located approximately 50 metres from the away seating area.

Away coaches drop off in the South Stand Car Park, which is directly behind the away section. There is a slight hill before reaching flat tarmac, with a maximum walking distance of approximately 50 metres.

If arranged in advance, accessible coaches can be provided with designated drop-off and pick-up arrangements closer to the away entrance.

Accessible parking:

  • Accessible parking spaces are available in the South Car Park for away supporters.
  • Cost: £7 per space.
  • Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Booking via the Red and White Shop: 01709 827768.
  • Step-free access to the away end is available via a ramp.
  • The car park closes one hour before kick-off.

Wheelchair and Accessible Seating

  • Wheelchair spaces are available in either a pitch side or platform location, with both options situated within the away section.
  • Row B/C (1–2 steps) has been recommended for supporters who require level access seating. Please specify seating requirements at the time of purchase.

Accessible Facilities and Services

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets are available within the away section.

Changing Places Facility: A dedicated Changing Places facility is available in the Eric Twigg Pukka Pies West Stand.

Access arrangements: Ask the nearest steward.

Club Shop: The club shop is accessible and has a low-level serving counter.

Catering: Catering kiosks in both home and away sections have low-level serving counters and are accessible.

Ticket Office: The Ticket Office provides step-free access, a low-level counter and hearing loop facilities are available.

Match Commentary: Match commentary is available for blind and partially sighted supporters. Headsets must be booked 24 hours in advance via [email protected].

  • A £10 deposit is required.
  • Headsets can be collected from main reception.
  • Alternative arrangements can be made by contacting the club in advance.

Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome. Supporters should contact Grace Scott at least seven days before the fixture to allow suitable arrangements to be made.

  • Supporters with assistance dogs will be seated in a wheelchair bay to ensure suitable space is available.
  • There are currently no dedicated assistance dog relieving areas.

Disabled Supporters’ Room: A Disabled Supporters’ Room is available in the Community Trust building on the west side of the stadium.

The facility:

  • Is available to home and away disabled supporters.
  • Opens two hours before kick-off.
  • Provides a warm environment with refreshments and an opportunity to meet other supporters.

Sensory Facilities: Sensory bags are available for supporters who require them.

Rest Areas / Quiet Areas: No designated rest areas on concourses. Disabled Supporters’ Room available as detailed above.
