Coach Parking: Coach parking is within 100 yards of the away stand entrance.
Accessible Parking: Spaces are available and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, please contact Ben Jones at [email protected] to book your space.
Assistance dogs: Please notify the club in advance of the game by contacting the Disability Access Officer (“DAO”), to ensure adequate provisions are arranged. This may include determining the most suitable location within the ground for the supporter and their dog to sit.
Wheelchair User Spaces: Wheelchair user spaces are available and positioned pitch-side in the away section.
Easy Access Seating: Row H is recommended for those that require easy access seating. However, there will be 6-8 steps to negotiate in order to access this row. To ensure we meet your needs, please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase, so we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.
Front Row: Row E is the front row, however, there are several steps to negotiate for you to access this row.
Accessible toilets: Accessible toilets are available within the away section.
Rest Areas: There are no dedicated rest areas in the concourses.
Catering facilities: Catering kiosks in the away area do have low level serving counters.
Matchday Audio Descriptive Commentary Service: An audio descriptive commentary service is available to blind or partially sighted supporters. Please contact Ben Jones at [email protected] for more information and to book this service (limited availability and must bring own earphones – round jack).
Club Shop: The shop does have a low-level serving counter.
Induction loop facilities: Induction loop facilities are not available.
Disability ‘Help’ Stewards: Disability ‘help’ stewards can provide assistance in and outside of the stadium on the day, if required (these stewards will be wearing green jackets).
