Derby County Women Matchday Volunteer

Derby County Women are looking for Matchday Volunteers to support their existing team at home fixtures at the Don Amott Arena in Mickleover.

Volunteers are an important part of our matchday operations, supporting Derby County Women by providing fantastic customer service and being ambassadors for the club.

Matchday volunteers will support with –

  • Engage with supporters on a matchday and deliver a warm welcome
  • Assist spectators in entering the car park and arena
  • Being the first point of contact for the supporters
  • Provide information and advice
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Signpost visitors to car park areas, entrances, turnstiles, and on-site bars/catering outlets
  • Ensure a positive matchday experience for supporters

Opportunities are available to support in several positions, such as Car Park Attendant, Club Mascot (Ewie), Mascot Chaperone and Social Media Assistant.

All volunteers must be over the age of 18.

Volunteering provides a fantastic opportunity to gain great experience, learn new skills and work with an incredible team during an exciting period of growth in Women’s Football.

Volunteers will also be provided with complimentary tickets to attend Derby County Men’s First Team fixtures and will receive discount in the DCFCMegastore.
