We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team at Derby County Football Club. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a professional and efficient HR service across the Club.
Working closely with the Head of HR, HR Advisor and Payroll & HR Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining employee records, supporting training administration and ensuring our HR systems remain accurate and up to date.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and has a passion for ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

This is a part-time, office-based role at Pride Park Stadium with occasional travel to Moor Farm Training Centre, offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2027. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week over five days (Monday to Friday). We are happy to discuss and agree on a daily working pattern before employment commences; however, the 25 hours must be worked evenly across the five working days to meet the role's needs.
The salary is £24,000 per annum, pro rata.
