Derby County Football Club pride themselves on providing a fun day out for all families when they visit Pride Park Stadium and are pleased to have been awarded the EFL’s Family Excellence Award for the past five seasons, two seasons even hitting the prestigious Gold standard for our remarkable work in engaging families on matchdays.

Unfortunately the Covid 19 pandemic has meant that restrictions that have been introduced across the country, have naturally impacted on what we as a club can offer now to families.Although we have had to remove some of the elements that won us the Gold Award, we are still trying to provide the best that we can to make sure everyone has a fun, and most importantly safe time, at the Stadium.

We do have a Family Area at Pride Park Stadium, which has designated blocks within the North East corner of the Stadium, with upper and lower tier seating available.

Each match includes a special appearance (where possible owing to COVID-19 restrictions please note that this is not always possible at this time) from club mascots Rammie and Ewie too - who will even watch the game along with the fans from various positions around Pride Park Stadium, so make sure you look out for them!

Derby County also launched its Fans First initiative in August 2008 to put the supporters at the forefront of the club’s match day experience. Look out for our MSLOs (Matchday Supporter Liaison Officers) in their blue coats to answer any questions. They might even have a few goodies to give away too.

Tickets are available for every match either online on, from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by SeatGeek or by calling 0871 472 1884 (option 1) *.
