Yes, all supporters are welcome* in hospitality areas at Pride Park Stadium.

However please note that your Hospitality package may involve your seats being located in home areas of the ground. As a result, please ensure that your dress and behaviour towards home supporters is appropriate.

Any person sitting in a home area of the ground, who fails to comply with this or incites home supporters, will be ejected from the stadium, as per our Ground Regulations.

*At fixtures deemed to be high risk additional checks will be carried out as safety of all supporters at Pride Park is our priority. This may result in your booking being refused or cancelled.

Season Ticket Holders are able to upgrade to hospitality either Seasonally or on a game by game basis, subject to availability.

Directors’ Area Seating is based in the Upper Tier of the Toyota West Stand of Pride Park Stadium and is located on the half-way line, directly above the team dugouts, providing you with one of the best views in the Stadium.

Smart/Casual – Smart jeans and clean trainers are permitted. Strictly no ripped jeans or football shirts/away attire.

The dress code does not apply to Children aged 16 or under.

Guests are welcome to wear smart-dress shorts.

Your Hospitality package may involve your seats being located in home areas of the ground. Therefore any person sitting in a home area of the ground, who is identified by their dress as being an away fan, or who is behaving in a provocative manner so as to incite the home fans, will be ejected from the stadium.

Two and a half hours prior to kick-off is when all Hospitality areas will open; guests may arrive via the relevant Reception for their package. Guests will be served their menu*, and receive a complimentary matchday programme and team sheet before the game.

At Kick-Off you will take your seats, sit back and enjoy the game.

Refreshments will be served at half-time.

Food and drinks will be served at full-time.

45 minutes to one hour after the final whistle is when the bar and Hospitality areas will close.

*If included as part of your Hospitality Package.

The map below illustrates the location of each of the Executive Suites, Restaurants and Lounges around Pride Park Stadium. Where you will be situated in the ground will depend on your choice of package.

Collecting tickets is no problem, simply report to Toyota West Stand Main Reception, located along the front of the Toyota West Stand on Royal Way, and one of our members of staff will be happy to help you.

If you are having difficulty locating the Toyota West Stand Main Reception, please ask either a Matchday Supporter Liaison Officer, who can be identified by their blue jackets, or ask the nearest available steward who will be happy to help.

The relevant Reception for your package will be open two and a half hours prior to kick-off. From this time, you will have access to the hospitality area that your package is based.
