Important: 2025/26 season attendance is only registered for away match tickets purchased from the Derby County Ticket Office.
Please Note: The club may introduce a priority window for Away Ticket Membership holders that attended 20 or more away matches during the 2025/26 season, if needed, for a fixture of extreme high demand. In the event of the club introducing this new category, the news will be communicated to supporters in advance of ticket sales beginning for the specific fixture.

Proof of age may be requested for age-related concession membership. Infants, Children and Juniors (Age 2-15) must be accompanied at away matches by a Parent or Guardian (Age 18+). The age bands are calculated based on the age of the supporter on 1st August 2026.
All memberships will remain on sale until Saturday 31st October at 4pm, unless allocations are reached before then.

The Derby County Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open between 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday.
No cash/cheque payments are accepted. Derby County accepts most major Debit and Credit Cards, except American Express.

As per “Section 5” of the club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, any supporters found to be reselling match tickets will have their Ticket Membership suspended with no refund.
Can I buy more than one ticket with my Fan ID when it comes to my Away membership Priority on-sale date?
No. Away Membership priority sales are strictly limited to one ticket per qualifying Fan ID.
Can I buy my child a ticket when it comes to my Away membership Priority on-sale date, although they did not attend as many away games as me last season?
You can only purchase tickets using Fan IDs that qualify for the relevant Away Membership priority sale window.
I am 15 Years of age can I go to an away game on my own?
No. Supporters must be aged 16 or over to attend an away fixture unaccompanied. Any supporter aged 15 or under must attend and sit with a known adult aged 18 or over.
Once I have purchased a ticket, can I change this to sit with my friends?
Unfortunately, once an away ticket has been purchased, we are unable to exchange or relocate seats.
I don’t have an away membership, or Season Ticket, when can I buy a ticket?
You will only be eligible to purchase tickets during the General Sale period, subject to availability.
Are cup fixtures included in my games attended?
Yes. For the 2026/27 season, attendances at 2025/26 cup fixtures will be included when determining members' priority sale windows.
Can I transfer my away ticket to another supporter?
Away tickets are issued subject to the club's ticketing terms and conditions and may not be transferred. As per “Section 5” of the club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, any supporters found to be reselling match tickets will have their Ticket Membership suspended with no refund.
What happens if the away fixture sells out before my priority window opens?
Tickets are sold subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Some fixtures may sell out before reaching later priority windows or General Sale. Supporters wishing to maximise their chances of purchasing away tickets are encouraged to purchase an Away Membership and build their away attendance record throughout the season.
