I have purchased tickets with DCFC before:
If you have ever bought a season ticket or tickets with Derby County before (not just in the current season) then you will have a FanID. If you do not know your FanID and you have purchased tickets in the past, you can register for an account with your personal details anyway and you can leave the FanID field blank. If your details match our system records then your correct FanID will link up once registered on the website.
Another way to determine your FanID is to check your season card. Your FanID will be the eight digit number printed on your card.

If you have never bought a ticket with Derby County before (not just in the current season) then you will need to leave the FanID field blank when you register for an account. This will then generate you a new FanID.
You can only use one email address per account on the DCFC website. If you receive this message then the email address you are trying to use has already been registered on the DCFC website meaning you may already have an account. You can try logging in here.
Alternatively please try using a different email address to register on the website.
