How much are Season Tickets?

What games are included with my Season Ticket?

Season Tickets are valid for all ‘Men’s First Team’ home league games for the 2024/25 campaign.

Starting XI Half Season Tickets are valid for all home league games for the first half of the season ONLY, starting from Middlesborough and finishing with West Brom on Boxing Day (inclusive).

If I’ve held a Season Ticket for consecutive seasons, will I receive a discount?

Yes, Season Ticket discounts are based on full consecutive season longevity, please see below.

0-4 consecutive full seasons will receive 25% discount off general admission, when compared to purchasing on a match-by match basis.

5-9 consecutive full seasons will receive 30% discount off general admission, when compared to purchasing on a match-by match basis.

10+ consecutive full seasons will receive 35% discount off general admission, when compared to purchasing on a match-by match basis.

* Due to the 2020/21 season being played behind closed doors, the 2020/21 season does not count towards the “consecutive full seasons” of having held a Season Ticket.

Consecutive season discounts donot apply to Starting XI Half Season Tickets. However, Starting XI Half Season Tickets prices are based on 20% discount compared to general admission pricing.

How are the age bands calculated?

The age bands are calculated based on the age of the supporter on 1st August 2024.

Supporters attempting to buy concession Season Tickets may receive system errors if the date of birth on the Fan ID does not match the age band of the supporter that the Season Ticket is assigned to, consequently. It is the supporters’ responsibility to ensure the correct Date of Birth is registered for their Fan ID. If support is required, please contact the ticket office on 0871 472 1884 (Option 1)

Unless previously provided, supporters purchasing an age-related concession Season Ticket will be asked to provide proof of age either in the form of a Birth Certificate, Passport or Driving Licence in person or via emailing an attachment to [email protected]

Disabled Supporters – Season Tickets

How do I purchase my 2024/25 Season Ticket together with my 2024/25 Personal Assistant Season Ticket?

All you are required to do is purchase your own Season Ticket at the relevant price and, if you had parking previously, purchase the relevant car parking.

If you require a 2024/25 Personal Assistant Season Ticket, prior approval is required by the club’s Disability Access Officer, [email protected]. Once approved and after the Disabled Supporter has purchased their 2024/25 Season Ticket, the Personal Assistant Season Ticket will be renewed automatically.

Seasonal Car Parking

How do I process my Seasonal Parking in Car Park A or B?

You can purchase your car park pass by navigating to the ‘Buy New Season Tickets’ section located under the ‘Season Tickets’ tab. After selecting the Seasonal Car Park Season Ticket, select the relevant Car Park (A or B) and add to your basket. If you are a valid Blue Badge holder you will receive a discount at the ‘basket stage’.

Is there a half season car park pass available for purchase?

Half Season Car Park passes are not available for purchase. Supporters are advised to book on a match-by-match basis.

Do Blue Badge Holders receive a discount on their seasonal car parking?

Yes, the discount is applied at the ‘basket stage’ for valid Blue Badge holders.

You will need to provide a copy of your Blue Badge (both sides), prior to purchase, and this should be sent to [email protected] (please make sure you include the full name of the disabled supporter and Fan ID number).

I require accessible car parking, however, only Car Parks A & B are available online, what do I do?

Disabled supporters that have a 2023/24 Seasonal East or West Accessible Car Park Pass should contact [email protected] or call 01332 667528 to purchase their 2024/25 seasonal car parking space.

Unfortunately, we do not have any seasonal accessible parking spaces available for the 2024/25 season for ‘new customers’ and are no longer operating a waiting list, due to the number of disabled supporters that are still currently waiting for a space.

Please refer to our Matchday Travel Page for alternative parking options, if you are unsuccessful in securing an accessible car parking space.

Having Issues Purchasing

Why isn’t my bank card being accepted online?

This could be because:

  • American Express is not accepted.
  • Card details incorrectly inputted.
  • Card you are paying with is not registered to the same address and/or postcode as the lead Fan ID currently in use for the transaction.
  • Bank has declined the payment due to lack of funds.

Please ensure all requested information is inputted correctly.
