What games are included with a Season Ticket?

Season Tickets are valid for all ‘Men’s First Team’ home league games for the 2026/27 campaign.

Will I lose my longevity discount if I take a break from buying a full Season Ticket?

Longevity discounts are only valid when purchasing full Season Tickets for consecutive seasons.

Will I lose my consecutive season discount if I attend as a Personal Assistant?

Any supporter acting as a Personal Assistant (PA) for a disabled supporter is not entitled to any benefits normally associated with a Season Ticket. This includes, but is not limited to, renewal benefits or the ability to purchase match tickets during priority sale periods.

For clarity, any season in which a supporter attends solely as a PA will be treated as a break in consecutive Season Ticket ownership in their own name. PA tickets do not accrue loyalty history, and any future Season Ticket purchased in the supporter’s own name will begin a new consecutive loyalty period from that point.

Will I receive a longevity discount in Phase Two?

No, longevity discounts are only available for Season Tickets purchased during Phase One.

How are the age bands calculated?

The age bands are calculated based on the age of the supporter on 1st August 2026.

Supporters attempting to buy concession Season Tickets may receive system errors if the date of birth on the Fan ID does not match the age band of the supporter that the Season Ticket is assigned to, consequently. It is the supporters’ responsibility to ensure the correct Date of Birth is registered for their Fan ID. If support is required, please contact the ticket office on 0871 472 1884 (Option 1).

Unless previously provided, supporters purchasing an age-related concession Season Ticket will be asked to provide proof of age either in the form of a Birth Certificate, Passport or Driving Licence in person or via emailing an attachment to [email protected].

Why is the Senior age band changing?

For the 2026/27 season, the Senior age category has changed from 65+ to 66+, in line with the UK Government’s State Pension age. This change applies to both Season Tickets and individual Match Tickets. Supporters must be aged 66 or over on 1st August 2026 to qualify for a Senior 66+ Season Ticket.

What is the minimum age to sit without an Adult?

You need to be 16 Years old to be able to sit without a known Adult aged 18 or over.

Which payment methods are not accepted?

Cash & Cheques are no longer accepted as methods of payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Debit/Credit Card

DCFC accepts most major Debit and Credit Cards except American Express.

V12 6/10 Month Instalments (only available online)

Supporters buying online must then electronically sign the finance agreement for the purchase to be completed. Failure to sign the finance agreement may result in your season ticket transaction being cancelled.

What happens if my application is declined?

When is the first payment taken?

Why is my Season Ticket more expensive than last year?

Season Ticket prices for the 2026/27 season have increased across all age bands. In addition, your Season Ticket cost may have risen due to a change in age band.

How many Season Tickets can I purchase?

One Season Ticket will be issued for each qualifying Fan ID and, as part of the purchase process, the supporter must agree to the Club’s updated Terms & Conditions and comply with a new Code of Conduct. Supporters must not allow other individuals to use their Season Tickets; this is because Season Tickets are non-transferable.

There is a fixed £2 booking fee per Season Ticket, irrespective of age band, when purchasing via telephone, however; there will be NO booking fee per Season Ticket sold online.

Will I receive a New Season Ticket card?

2025/26 Season Ticket cards already issued will be reactivated for the 2026/27 Season, with new cards only being issued to those supporters either buying a new Season Ticket, upgrading from a 25/26 Half Season Ticket or changing seat location and/or changing age band.

New cards will be posted to the address registered with the Fan ID free of charge before the season starts. It is supporters’ responsibility to keep their contact details up to date. Supporters can review and amend their contact details online via the Club’s Website, or by contacting DCFC Ticket Office.

Having Issues Renewing/Purchasing

Why isn’t my bank card being accepted online?

This could be because:

  • American Express is not accepted.
  • Card details incorrectly inputted.
  • Card you are paying with is not registered to the same address and/or postcode as the lead Fan ID currently in use for the transaction.
  • Bank has declined the payment due to lack of funds.

Please ensure all requested information is inputted correctly.
