6.9 Whilst the Club makes every effort to ensure that pricing and ticketing information provided on, but not limited to, the Website or any other literature or by a sales representative is correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If the Club discovers an error in the price or nature of the Ticket(s) the Purchaser has ordered, the Club will endeavour to inform the Named Ticket Holder as soon as possible, and give the Named Ticket Holder the option of reconfirming the Named Ticket Holder's order at the correct price/specification (and paying the difference in price to GPSL, if applicable), or cancelling it. If the Club is unable to contact the Named Ticket Holder, it will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be provided via the payment method used to purchase the Ticket.
7.1 Holders of Season Tickets will be entitled to relocate their seats for an entire Season, subject to availability and payment of an administration fee. A pro rata price increase (where the seat is a more expensive one) or a pro rata refund (where the seat is a cheaper one) will be due to or by the Club as the case may be.
7.2 Subject to availability and payment of an administration fee, holders of Season Tickets will be entitled to relocate their seats for individual Matches to a more expensive seat (in which case an upgrade fee will be payable) or a cheaper seat (in which case no refund will be available). On the first 4 such relocations, the upgrade fee will be the difference between the Nominal Match Price for the original seat and the Nominal Match Price for the relocated seat. On all subsequent occasions the upgrade fee will be the difference between the Nominal Match Price and price of a Single Match Ticket for the relevant Match.
8.1 In order to gain entry to the Ground the Ticket or Season Card must be presented in its entirety.
8.2 If You arrive at a Match without Your Ticket or Season Card, the Club will not be obliged to admit You to the Ground or issue any other form of ticket for that Match. If, in the Club’s discretion, a duplicate Ticket is provided, a non-refundable administration fee (£1 for Tickets and £5 for Season Cards) will be payable. Any Supporter who chooses the Post delivery method and has not updated their postal address, or any Supporter who chooses the [email protected] delivery method and has not updated their email address, may be subject to a non-refundable administration fee for the Club to issue replacement Ticket(s).
8.3 For the purpose of clause 8.1 whether a Ticket/Season Card is damaged, defaced or destroyed will be determined by the Club acting reasonably in its sole discretion. Purchasers and Guests are advised to read any care information stated on the Ticket/Season Card (including without limitation, instructions advising against bending, folding, creasing, stapling, exposing to a heat source or washing the Ticket/Season Card). The Club accepts no liability for any damage to any Ticket/Season Card caused by a failure to comply with any care information.
8.4 If, acting reasonably, the Club accepts that a Season Card has been lost, damaged or destroyed, it will issue a duplicate Season Card as soon as reasonably practicable following payment by the Supporter of a non-refundable administration fee. If, acting reasonably, the Club accepts that a Season Card sent to You by the Club was never in fact received, it will issue a duplicate Season Card without any administration fee. A duplicate Ticket or Season Card may be issued by the Club without any administration fee, should the Ticket or Season Card in question have been stolen from the Supporter. In this instance, the Club reserves the right to request and validate the crime reference number provided to the Supporter by the police, and failure to provide a valid crime reference number will result in the non-refundable administration fee being applicable.
8.5 The issue of duplicate Season Cards will be conditional on You signing a document confirming that the original Season Card was lost, damaged, destroyed, stolen or never received (as the case may be). If a lost or stolen Season Card is found You must return it to the Club immediately. You must indemnify the Club against all losses it suffers in connection with any false representation by You that a Season Card was lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or never received.
9.1 The Club reserves the right to cancel in whole or in part, any Ticket or Card issued to You at any time, without providing any reason. A proportionate refund will be given to You, in the absolute discretion of the Club and/or in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Entry, in the event of any such cancellation under this clause 9.1.

Ticketing Policy – Disabled Supporters
Derby County Football Club operates a ticketing policy that recognises that disabled supporters may need assistance to fully enjoy the match day experience and offers a variety of reasonable adjustments based on individual supporters needs, not their ‘disability’.
By completing a simple application form along with submitting the appropriate supporting documentation, we can plan to meet your needs during your visit to Pride Park Stadium and that accessible facilities and services are only used by the supporters that need them.
Each application is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A Reasonable Adjustment Application Form can be downloaded here. If you require assistance with filling out your form, then please contact our Disabled Liaison Officer. Alternatively, you can request a form over the counter or by calling 01332 667528.
As well as providing auxiliary services, where a disabled supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the stadium or services offered, Derby County Football Clubwill allow the disabled supporter to bring a Personal Assistant (PA) / Essential Companion free of charge. It is important to understand that the PA / Essential Companion ticket is not a concessionary ticket or ‘2-for-1’ deal but is actually a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a Disabled Supporter to more easily access the full range of match day and event services (in consideration of UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010).
Personal Assistant/ Essential Companion
At Derby County Football Club, we take our responsibilities toward disabled supporters very seriously. We recognise that for some of our supporters to take advantage of all that we have to offer they may need support from another person. As such, it is our policy that where this is the case, we make available free tickets which will enable a disabled supporter to bring a Personal Assistant/Essential Companion with them to support them with their needs.
The only criteria we have for offering a free Personal Assistant/ Essential Companion ticket is that you have to have another person with you to get the same quality of service as a non-disabled person for a reason related to your own impairment. This does not apply to short term conditions like
Please note that PA/ Essential Companion tickets on their own are not entitled to any benefits normally associated with a Season Ticket, this includes any renewal benefit or the purchase of match tickets during priority sale periods.
Requesting A Free Personal Assistant/Essential Companion Ticket
Since this scheme is potentially subject to fraudulent misuse, we have to operate a system to check eligibility for a complimentary ticket. To apply, a Reasonable Adjustment Application Formwill need to be filled in and you will also be required to submit appropriate supporting documentation to our Disabled Liaison Officer ("DLO").
Please find below a list of supporting documentation that we might take into consideration when considering whether to allocate a complimentary ticket:
Derby County Football Club also accepts The Access Card as evidence, and all supporters requesting a PA / Essential Companion ticket with the +1 symbol on their card will receive one without the need for any further information or evidence.
Please note this list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. For guidance, the club advises supporters to refer to the Level Playing Fields website.
The club reserves the right to seek additional proof of disability where there is an element of reasonable doubt as to the need for a personal assistant.
The Role of A Personal Assistant/Essential Companion
By accepting the complimentary ticket given, your companion accepts responsibility for providing you with the support you need to attend the match. This includes being able to provide you with additional assistance during an emergency evacuation.
The stewards at the match are unable to provide assistance in excess of their typical role and general reasonable adjustments, so it’s important that, if you need help moving around, your PA/Essential Companion is ready and willing to support you with this.
When entering the stadium, the PA/Essential Companion must enter at the same time as the Disabled Supporter. Although a Disabled Supporter can enter the stadium by themselves, the PA/Essential Companion will not be admitted without being in the presence of the Disabled Supporter.
It is the policy of Pride Park Stadium's Ground Regulations that all children under the age of 14 are accompanied by an appropriate adult, aged 18 and over. We accept that young carers are a much valued and needed source of support, but we are only able to accept them under the free PA/Essential Companion ticket scheme where there is no risk of them being left unattended.
If your need for a PA/Essential Companion is something related to a potential deterioration in your
condition then a companion ticket may not be authorised for anyone under the age of 14.
If you attend a match with a PA/Essential Companion under the age of 14 or if there is doubt in the absence of valid photo ID we reserve the right to refuse admission. This does not apply where there are other adults in the party able to accept responsibility for the young carer.
Contingency – What Happens If You Lose Your Support
It is important that you and your PA/Essential Companion are aware of what happens if for some reason you lose your support. If it is felt that your PA/Essential Companion is not providing you with the support, you need we reserve the right to eject them from the facility at any time and refuse access under the companion scheme for future matches.
We will endeavour to support you with the rest of your visit if this is the case but if we are unable to make appropriate reasonable adjustments to do this and it jeopardises your, or other supporters, health or safety we may be left with no other option than ask you to leave also. It is especially important that you choose the right support to come with you.
Abusing the System
If we feel that either the Disabled Supporter or their PA/Essential Companion are abusing the system, we reserve the right to treat the matter as fraud and look at bringing legal action. This may result in tickets for future games being confiscated. Every accessible space taken up by somebody that doesn’t need it represents a Disabled Supporter missing out.
It should also be noted that when entering the stadium, the PA/Essential Companion must enter at the same time as the Disabled Supporter. Although a Disabled Supporter can enter the stadium on their own, the PA/Essential Companion will not be admitted without being in the presence of the Disabled Supporter and otherwise would need to upgrade their ticket.
PA/Essential Companion tickets are transferable; however, tickets for the Disabled Supporter are not. Should any supporter or PA/Essential Companion be found to be abusing this or any of the Disabled Supporters Ticketing Policy the club reserves the right to deny admittance or to take further action.
For more information regarding ‘upgrading’ your PA/essential companion ticket (if required) or for any other enquiry please contact the Ticket Office, presented by SeatGeek, on 01332 667528.

Where a personal assistant is required to accompany a Disabled Supporter, the personal assistant of said supporter shall receive a complimentary match ticket (subject to availability qualification). All other elements of the Hospitality Package are to be paid at full price.
Wheelchair users are accommodated on the front row (pitch-side) of all four stands at Pride Park Stadium, which allow the PA/ Essential Companion to sit alongside them. Elevated wheelchair platforms are also available. For more information, please refer to our Access Guide, which can be found here.
Disabled supporters not requiring wheelchair access can sit anywhere in the ground with their PA/Essential Companion (subject to qualification), providing they can access the area safely. Please note, we have accessible toilets located in all parts of the Stadium and these are clearly signed. Should you require assistance, please seek advice from the nearest Steward. All accessible toilets operate using the National Radar Key system. We would advise you to bring your 'Radar' access key with you.
Please be aware that to park in any of our car parks on matchdays you must have a valid car parking ticket.
For more information on car parking please refer to our Access Guide, which can be found here.
We have catering facilities in all parts of the stadium. Currently, all our serving counters that are within the concourse areas are high level counters. The Club makes reasonable adjustments to enable disabled supporters to access the catering facilities by instructing one of our dedicated stewards to monitor the areas in which wheelchair users are located to ascertain whether any additional help is required.
If your condition/situation changes
If your condition/situation changes, it will be your responsibility to inform the Club immediately, so that, we can make sure that the appropriate reasonable adjustments are made for you to continue attending matches safely (subject to availability).
If your contact details should change, then please let us know as soon as possible, as this could have an impact on future Season Ticket renewals and us providing you with important information.

"Lea Hall Football Club would like to extend a huge thank you to the Derby County Group Sales Team for their excellent hospitality when we attended a fixture and participated in the pre and post-match activities. The organisation on the day was outstanding with all of the club’s staff being an asset to Derby County. They were patient and very understanding with the kids, communicating with ease and made themselves very clear as to what they wanted from us as a club. We had a huge group on the day to handle and there were no issues or problems that arose because it was organised so effectively. Everyone totally enjoyed themselves and our trip was topic of conversations for months afterwards – we cannot wait for the next trip! If clubs get the opportunity to take part as we did, I would advise them to do so as this is a once in a lifetime experience for many youngsters."Lorraine Freeman, Lea Hall Football Club
