Billy Gough

Defender Billy Gough joined Derby County’s Under-21s on a full-time basis in the summer of 2024 after two years as a scholar in the Academy.

The left-back made five appearances for the Under-18s side during the 2021/22 campaign before earning a two-year scholarship at the end of the campaign.

Gough made 17 appearances in all competitions in 2022/23, including two for the Under-21s in Premier League 2.

The full-back featured 23 times in all competitions across 2023/24, three of which were for the Under-21s in Premier League 2.

Gough joined Derby at Under-16s level from fellow East Midlands side Notts County.
