George Stokes became a first-year scholar before the 2025/26 season.

He rose from the Pre-Academy, and he appeared in every game of the Under-15s’ run to the Floodlit Cup final in 2023/24.

Stokes, who can operate at left-back and in midfield, made eight appearances in the Under-18 Premier League and featured for both the Under-18s and Under-21s in the second half of the 2024/25 season.
