Attacker Kacey Gill signed up as a first-year scholar with the Under-18s squad prior to the 2025/26 season.

He rose through the ranks at Derby County after initially joining the Pre-Academy from AS Plant Youth Football Club in Mansfield.

Gill made appearances for both the Under-18s and Under-21s towards the back end of the 2024/25 season.

He has been deployed in a variety of roles, including attacking midfield and on the wing.

His Older brother Tristan also represents Derby in the Academy set-up, playing at the Under-21 level.
