Luke Banks

Defender Luke Banks joined the Derby County Under-18s squad as a first-year scholar in the summer of 2023.

Banks has been with the Rams since joining as an Under-9s player and has shown his quality by progressed right through the ranks.

He is one of a number of players to have been with the Academy for several years.

He made four appearances for the Under-18s during the 2022/23 season whilst still a schoolboy before linking up with the group on a full-time basis ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

Throughout the 2023/24 season Banks made 15 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice.
