Paul Clements joined Derby County as First Team Goalkeeper Coach until the end of the 2024/25 season in February 2025.

His time at Derby was made permanent in the summer of 2025, after a strong end to the Sky Bet Championship campaign, with Clements being appointed as the club's Head of Goalkeeping.

The goalkeeping specialist had previously held roles at senior level in the EFL with Stoke City, Norwich City and Huddersfield Town, and in Academy football at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Middlesbrough, before linking up with Derby.
