* There is a designated drop off area for supporter coaches directly outside the ‘away’ turnstiles.
* Accessible car parking bays are allocated on a first come first served basis, please contact 01217720101 (option 2) to book your space.
* GML1, Rows 5 (4 steps approx) has been recommended for those supporters with mobility problems. Please specify your seating requirements at the time of purchase.
* If you wish to sit on the front row, please ask for Row 5 in Blocks GML 1 & 2or Row 3 in Blocks GML 3 & 4 (several steps to negotiate in order to reach these seats).
* 21 wheelchair spaces are available, and these spaces are located at pitch-side/ raised platform within the away area.
* Accessible toilets are available within the away area.
* Assistance dogs are admitted to the ground. The Club should be notified in advance of the game by contacting the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer (“DLO”), so adequate provision can be made. It may be necessary for the Club to decide the most appropriate location in the ground for the supporter to sit.
* Induction loop facilities are available
* Match-day commentary is available, please contact the nearest steward on the day.
* The concourses do not have rest areas included.
* Catering kiosks in the away area do not have low level counters.
* The club shop does not have a low level serving counter.
Booking Fees
A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online or over the phone.
A £1 per transaction postage fee will be payable if tickets are requested to be posted.
Allocation
An initial allocation of 2,800 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.
Club Travel
Roadrider departs Pride Park Stadium at 12pm.

Collections
All collections will be available from the Derby County Ticket Office presented by Showcase Cinema De Lux. The club does not offer collections from the away stadiums.
