Derby County’s Under-18s suffered a rare defeat in 2024 in the Under-18 Premier League - North with a 4-1 loss at Blackburn Rovers.

After a goalless first half, all five goals came in the second half as the hosts ran out convincing winners.

Owen Eames turned the ball into his own net five minutes after half-time to put the hosts ahead, but Derby levelled through Adisa Osayande soon afterwards.

However, strikes from Joe Boggan and Rhys Doherty and an own goal from Marley Mintus saw Blackburn claim all three points.
