Youngster gains his latest cap for England's Under 17 side.
Derby County Under 18s left-back Max Lowe was named in the starting line-up as England’s Under 17s drew 2-2 with Portugal in their latest game of the Algarve Tournament on Friday.
Middlesbrough’s Callum Cooke bagged a double for England while Lowe played their entire game in Faro.
The Young Lions were handed ties against Holland, Portugal and Germany in the annual competition as they prepare for the European Championship Elite Round qualifiers in Czech Republic in March.
They picked up a 2-0 win over Holland on Wednesday with Lowe coming off the bench in the game.
The Three Lions will head to Lagos for their final match of the Tournament against Germany on Sunday 2nd March.
Lowe’s two caps in the Algarve Tournament has taken his total of Under 17 international caps to eight.
Left-sider Lowe, capable of playing at full-back or in midfield, has impressed for Derby’s Under 18 and Under 21 sides this season and has been an unused substitute for the first-team on two occasions.
