Rams provide updated ticket details for the Play-Off Final against Queens Park Rangers.

Derby County is pleased to confirm updated ticket information to supporters for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium later this month.

Following their Semi-Final victory over Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday, the Rams will face Queens Park Rangers in the Final on Saturday 24th May 2014 (3pm) in a bid to reach the Premier League.

Derby have been allocated 37,249 tickets for the West End of Wembley Stadium for the game with Harry Redknapp's side.

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into five sections and there is also a concession rate for Senior Citizens and children aged 16 and under.

ADULT PRICES

Category 1 - £98 Adults, £49 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 2 - £76 Adults, £38 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 3 - £64 Adults, £32 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 4 - £52 Adults, £26 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under

Category 5 - £36 Adults, £18 Ages - 65 and over, 16 and under


The price categories will be sold on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.

Due to the numbers and that the Rams’ ticketing system is not designed to sell tickets for Wembley Stadium, the Club are using SEE Tickets to sell Play-Off Final tickets.

Tickets are ONLY available online at http://www.seetickets.com/go/derbycounty OR over the phone on 0844 854 1359 (calls cost 6p per min plus standard network charges, mobile rates may vary). There will be NO tickets available over the counter at the Derby County Ticket Office for this match.

Due to the anticipated demand the Club and SEE Tickets recommend booking online as the easiest and most convenient method of booking. Supporters will also be able to view a Wembley Stadium seating plan online and choose which block they would like to sit in.

WHEN TO BUY

Ticket sales will be split into TWO separate periods of sale.

 

Period 1: (Starts 9am Tuesday 13th May 2014)


• Current Full & Half 2013/14 Season Ticket Holders

• New 2014/15 Season Ticket Holders

• Home Members, including Rams Squad

• 6 & 12 Package Customers

Supporters qualifying for this period of sale are guaranteed a seat as long as they purchase before the General Sale period starts.

This period will be limited to one ticket per person. Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction, if purchasing tickets on behalf of other supporters. All supporters must have valid, qualifying Customer Numbers. Rams Squad members can purchase an additional adult seat as they will require a chaperone.

Period 2: General Sale: (Starts 9am Saturday 17th May 2014)

Should any tickets remain, supporters purchasing during this period of sale can purchase two tickets each. To qualify to purchase tickets supporters must have a valid Derby County Customer Number. All supporters who qualified for Period 1 sales can purchase an extra two tickets during this period of sale. Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction, if purchasing tickets on behalf of other supporters. All supporters must have valid, qualifying Customer Numbers.

Family Area – Wembley Stadium have designated 1,000 seats in Blocks 137 to 140 in the West side the Stadium as a Family Area for Derby supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than one adult for one child, at a maximum of four children for every adult ticket.

Singing Area – The Club recommend fans who would like to sit in the designated singing areas choose Blocks 131, 132 and 133.

Booking Fees – There is a £3 per ticket booking fee for every ticket sold online or over the phone.

Postage - £2.50 for First Class or £6.50 for Registered Post.

16 Years And Under – All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Babies – Babies/babes in arms will be allowed entry but must have a valid ticket for themselves.

Crowd Flags And Musical Instruments – Any supporters wishing to take flags or musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission. Please contact [email protected] to request permission. Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying flags or musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them.

Roadrider – Tickets for Roadrider coaches are available from the Digonex Ticket Office, over the counter or via phone on 0871 472 1884 (calls cost 10p per minute, mobile rates may vary). Please only make your Roadrider purchase after you have purchased your seat tickets from SEE. Roadrider tickets are subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Travel – Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Derby County supporters travelling to Wembley. This will be launched shortly.

No Resale Of Tickets – It is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, for any unauthorised person to sell tickets.

Customer Number – This is an eight digit number printed onto supporters’ Season Ticket cards or match tickets. If in doubt of their number, supporters need to contact the Digonex Ticket Office on 0871 472 1884 (option 1) or email [email protected] and the Club will let them know what their correct number is.

Disabled – There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled Tickets available, which includes a Personal Assistant Ticket (free of charge, subject to qualification). These are sold direct from the Digonex Ticket Office NOT from SEE Tickets. Football League regulations apply, including the availability of age related concessions. Wembley Stadium have delayed sending Derby County the full allocation of tickets for Disabled Supporters, The Club were not made aware of this in advance. The Club are in constant contact with Wembley and hope to receive these tickets very soon, however, in the meantime if there are any Disabled Supporters who qualify for Period 1 of ticket sales please contact the Derby County Ticket Office and the Club will take contact details so they are able to contact those supporters when tickets are available.
